TEXAS INN SIBU — Hotel in Borneo

Budget but super clean.... And the staff service also superb, especially the receptionist name Daniel. When I check in, the room, the room got cigarette smell and the security lock is broken and not safety. So when I intercom him, he quickly come and check and help me to change to another room... The second room is so clean also and totally zero cigarettes smell. And next day I need hair dryer, the housekeeping also send to me in just few minutes.... If u aspect for nice view, they don't have but if u looking for clean and budget, pls consider them. Strongly recommended this hotel..... Well done and pls keep this service always. If I return in future, I will definitely book...

Decent, comfy and safe stay- I booked this 3 star hotel after reading the reviews on booking.com.

Overall a good place as the staff was friendly. The staff understand basic English as a few of them were Iban people. The bed was clean and the aircon worked well though light sleepers have to bear with the aircon noise. There was no traffic noise as the hotel was tucked away in a lane that faced a car repair workshop. Nearby in the other lane is a Chinese noodle stall on the left side and right side where locals frequent. Within walking distance to a shopping centre, bakery and local coffe shops which are...

Pro: The aircond is functioning well. Room is well lit. Bathroom is clean and even the mirror is spotless. Bathroom floor coarse and not slippery which is good. Pillow and mattress are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and very attentive to our request. Got cafe just inside the building.

Cons: No hairdryer in the bathroom or in the room. Surrounding is sooooooooo noisy!!!!! At night you can hear motorcycle going around hotel purposely pressing the engine. Not good for those who wants to rest and sleep...
