Burger King KLIA — Restaurant in Sepang

I normally like Burger King, but this was the worst Burger King I've ever been to. It was also the worst airport food I've ever had, and that says a lot. Unfortunately for me I ordered a lot of food (triple whopper, tendercrisp burger, chicken wings and fries). The whopper was barely warm, the tendercrisp burger was greasy and had actual grease dripping out of it. It was also only slightly warm. The chicken wings are covered in grease and the quality of chicken was terrible. The fries were stuck together like they had been frozen and cooked badly. I normally only review places I like, but I wanted to write this to help other potential customers in the future. This is the only real restaurant in the terminal so you don't have many choices. Do yourself a favour and make your own lunch before arriving to the airport....

We dined at Burger King in the KLIA 1 domestic departure hall out of necessity due to a lengthy flight delay and meal vouchers provided by the airline. Despite the circumstances, our experience was genuinely positive. Contrary to some reviews criticizing the burger sizes, we found them to be generously portioned, reminiscent of my experiences at Burger King in Germany. This outlet stands out as perhaps the only one in Malaysia that serves a "Whopper" as advertised—hearty and satisfying. Kudos to the team at this location for delivering an exemplary Burger King experience. Other outlets could certainly take a page...
