Hello, please find a better staff especially when it comes to races. All of your MALAY staff was being RUDE and showing attitude. I can even hear that they are been talking about us! Your staff showing disrespectful and was being sarcastic in front of my face! If they can not do a simple job to satisfy customer then better dont work in f&b department. What a shame!! Ask your staff to go back and learn a simple customer service or F&B course. The table was full of trash from previous customer and I myself wanted giving a hand asking politely where to throw, the guy can even asked me to put it back and say that he gonna come to clear it,like what, after 10mins?? While other staff also can do right?? All just keep busy talking bad about customer. I wanna take a seat and you can not clear asap?? What kind of behaviour is this?? If you guys wanna talk back about customer please keep it between all of you....

The real issue was the 3 female staff. The staff seemed disengaged and unmotivated, with no effort to greet or acknowledge customers. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while 2 staff member busy brewing coffee which is understandable, the other one staff member busied herself with some paper, walk around, open and close a few cabinets, without so much as eye contact with a customer stood for long time at ordering counter, and she eventually taking my order with the energy of someone hated her job and as if I owed her millions. I flagged it up with the two girls at the till who responded with a smile so casual you’d think I’d just complimented their shoes.
