Jaipur Mahal Cyberjaya — Restaurant in Sepang

BAD EXPERIENCE,SLOW SERVICE ----------++++++++++++++++++++ Hello Review Readers, We went to putrajaya so while finding the near by Indian restaurant option we got this "Jaipur Mahal " I visited 1st time this branch of jaipur mahal and my experience was very bad 😞. We ordered our starters first and within 10 min we also placed our order for main course as well but they forget to pass the main course order to their chef/ kitchen staff. First of all they served the starter in intervals not all three at one time ....the gap between one starter to next serving was approx 10 min ... meanwhile if you are hungry to have your food obviously it doesn't make you feel satisfied. Later on when we were waiting for our main course suddenly the one waiter came to our table and asked "is anything pending for your table sir " 😏 like he was asking for what you people are waiting for 😏😔?"" We said obviously we are waiting for main course order. Their staff was not sink with each other ,the person who not down our order in a paper he forgot to pass to another concern person so result was that we have waited for our food for more then 40 min .my kids was hungry and we got late as well . Even after all this happen the manager didn't meet to us nor done anything in this matter.. neither come to our table to talk ... like he was least bother for their customers. Overall very bad experience for last night. Food- ⭐⭐⭐ Taste was good for food but the quantity was not enough for 2 people specially butter paneer masala lababdar dish ....as you can see in pics as well . Spring roll was very oily. Hara bhara kabab ,garlic naan and dal makhni was good in taste . Their food service was very slow. Hospitality -...

We were big group of 12 people and ordered variety of dishes.

Positive: Good staff and fast service

Let me share dish by dish opinion

1. Hit & Sour Soup- It was more sweet than ever I tasted
2. Chilly Paneer: It tasted good but Quantity was really less Vs the price
3. Paneer Tikka : Consist of 4 thin cubes but taste was okay
4. Veg Platter sizzler : Worst ever I had. Badly marinated, no base lettuce 🥬, base was made of tandoori roti obviously it gets burnt, cauliflower was not good, mushroom was not well cooked, let's talk more
5. Chicken Tandoori : was also okay okay
6. Pasta penne : Full of colour and sauce no taste, kids didn't liked
7. Beverages were good

We Didn't ordered main course as we were not in any mood to try more

3 star is only for service, food didn't deserve more than 1.5 star.

The WORST restaurant ever been to. Service not even zero its absolute zero and price quantity ratio is beyond explanation. If simply to describe them is expensive imitation of local Nasi Kender or mama shop. Atleast mama restaurants or Nasi Kender lives upto their name but this one is not even close to. You have to wait for over 10 mins just to get onions and green chilies requested. This is my overall rating: Food: its so pathetic that I cant give even 1 out of 5 Service: Absolute zero. Good for: Banana leaf only nothing more. In my opinion you are better off with mama shops or middle eastern restaurants if you want to enjoy kebabs. If you still want to spend that kind of money this restaurant charges its better donate...
