I wanted to share few comments- I had the pleasure of dining at Venue - Moghul Mahal (CJ) , and I must say it was an exceptional experience! Food prepared was delicious and also the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was always fresh and ready.

AMAN AND ARJUN STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY HUMBLE AND ORGANIZED THINGS SO WELL.

Live Pani Puri – A delightful, interactive experience! The pani puri station was vibrant, with fresh, crisp puris with a live counter.

Samosa – Perfectly crisp while the filling inside was flavorful with added pieces of Paneer accompanying chutneys.

Hariyali Kabab – The kababs were grilled to perfection.

Dal Makhani – Creamy, flavorful –

Mix Veg – Fresh and awesome taste

Kadai Paneer – The paneer was soft & combination of spices giving wonderful taste which is paired with both naan and roti. (Butter)

Naan/Roti – Soft, fresh, and served warm. The variety of naan and roti options ensured there was something for everyone. The staff was quick to serve more whenever needed without any delay.

Plain Biryani – Light and aromatic, great dish that complemented the rich curries.

Gulab Jamun – The perfect end to the meal! The gulab jamun was warm, soft, and soaked in a beautifully fragrant syrup. having it with Scoop of Vanilla ice-cream - just yummy 😋 Welcome Drink – A refreshing start to the meal.

Salad – Fresh, crisp, and with a nice variety includes Cucumber, onion, Carrot with wonderful presentation.

Ice Cream – A cool and sweet finish to the meal.

Disappointing Experience Over Time

I have been ordering food from this restaurant for the past 1.5 years, but unfortunately, the quality has significantly declined over time. Friends warned me about issues like stale food and and quality of food served. Despite this, I continued to give them a chance, initially their food was really tasty and good service but things have declined.

However, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. I’ve received half samosas, food without salt, and when I raised these concerns, the responses were dismissive. Instead of addressing the issues, they promised to "balance it next time," but the next time was no better. Today, the staff was outright rude, making faces and speaking unprofessionally.

It’s clear that customer service is no longer a priority for this restaurant. Their rude behavior and lack of accountability have left me deeply unsatisfied. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and will no longer be...

The food at the restaurant just average and offers nothing really exciting. Dum Biryani here is surely not Hyderabadi. I had ordered Rasmalai too and it was really bad. Chicken lollipop didn't have any chicken and just some mix instead, probably besan. When compared to the food quality, the prices seem pretty steep.

I had booked their hall (1st floor) for my son's B'Day party. It's a decent place and can easily accommodate about 40 ppl. I was charged RM50 extra for the hall charges than what was agreed upon. Luckily wasn't by much and so could be ignored. But the manager should really work on his memory and trust his customers. If a customer can pay a RM1000+ bill, he surely won't lie about RM50. Or best, make it a practice to give a bill when you take advance for bookings mentioning the breakup to avoid these...
