Sharvin was the one who serves me, he is very very friendly and helpful. I was alone and asked for a table service as I don't have to walk to the counter with my luggage to get my order.

So, my order came...and one item was wrong (instead of nugget, it came a fried chicken) which immediately I told sharvin and he immediately got it changed in 1min.

The most critical reason why I'm taking up 5 min to write this is because, I in no intention, changed my mcvalue meal set (from fries to apple pie) which again I ask sharvin, where's my fries? He patiently explained that during my order, I had changed it to fries instead. So to me, well, since it's my mistake and I'm catching a flight. I thought I'll just eat up and that's it (a little disappointed that didn't manage to eat the fries though).

5min into indulging my food, Sharvin suddenly walked to my table and offered a complimentary fries. I was so unexpected surprised. He said he saw the disappointment look on my and probably gotten his manager to gift me a complimentary fries. This is real good PR. He deserve every word...

Summary: This McDonald's location at KL Airport provides a standard experience. It is a reliable option for a quick meal, though the dining area can feel cramped and busy.

Observations: Ordering is efficient, with self-service machines available to place your order. The service is typical for a fast-food environment, focused on speed and getting orders out quickly.

Environment: The food is consistent with standard McDonald's fare—nothing exceptional, but it serves its purpose as a quick bite. We also got a BTS-inspired Happy Meal, and the quality of the toy was noticeably better than what is typically found in U.S. Happy Meals. The main drawback is the physical space; the area is very tight, and it is almost always crowded, which can make finding a seat or moving around difficult.

Conclusion: This is a dependable spot for a quick and predictable meal before or after a flight. While the food is standard, the crowded and small dining area can detract from the overall experience. The unique items, like the higher-quality Happy Meal toys, are a...

Poorly Managed Environment The environment was poorly maintained, with a persistent foul smell. Initially, we suspected it was due to an unclean table and attempted to wipe it with alcohol wipes, but the odor persisted.

Unprofessional Attitude We ordered two McFlurries while waiting for our flight and had to wait for half an hour with no sign of the items being prepared. When we approached the counter to inquire about the status, the staff told us to return to our table and wait. It was only when I mentioned having a flight to catch that they started preparing the items. When raising a request or query in a polite tone, the staff’s default response was to brush it off rather than addressing the concern or checking on the matter.

Suggestions for Improvement: The management should focus on improving operational efficiency. What’s the point of having several QLED screens if none are utilized to display order statuses? Additionally, the staff needs proper training to address customer concerns professionally rather than dismissing...

I ordered a Double Spicy Chicken Cheeseburger at 15:51 on 10 March 2025 (Order #424) and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food—completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. After 15 minutes, I walked up to the counter to check, but my order was still not ready, even though there were less than 10 customers in-store, all of whom had already received their food. It took another 15 minutes and a second follow-up before I finally got my meal. To make things worse, the staff’s attitude when I asked about my order was far from professional. No explanation, no apology—just bad service all around. What’s the excuse? Fasting? I don’t think so. McDonald’s should seriously work on their speed and customer service, especially at an airport location where efficiency matters.

The staff at this MacDonald is racist and mean to people of color particularly black people. So I ordered a double cheese burger, nuggets, ice blended chocolate, sweet sour sauce and fries. My order came through without fries, I alerted them and they said they are working on the issue. I waited for about 10 minutes and they told me to sit down. I alerted them again and they said I should wait. It’s been 45 minutes and I’m still waiting. Most people who came before me are getting their orders, and the stuff keeps pointing at me, I’m just over this place. I just wanna go home where I’m not discriminated against. It’s not like I’m asking you to donate food for me, I paid for it.
