Woodfire Cyberjaya — Restaurant in Sepang

This is my second visit to the Woodfire outlet, the first one was in Putrajaya.

My suggestions that I wish the management / owner to consider:-

Please provide some details about the burgers you offered such as what are the ingredients, so that we can compare the differences among all the burgers. Honestly, I don't know what to choose and I can't determine which burger is suitable for each of the family members cause there's no descriptions at all, just looking at the photos. There were always long queues to order, thus it is uncomfortable to ask for more details about the menu, as the people behind you will be annoyed. I explored your website, but they were also not there.

Please improve on your stock availability. For both visits, there were menus that were not available / out of stock which is quite frustrating.

I agree that having a combo or set meal would be great as many of us would like to have a complete meal and drinks without much thinking. But this might be your identity, hence I'd not comment much on this.

Staff at Cyber outlet are all good - friendly and cooperative. But I do hope you employ extra staff to improve efficiency and serving time.

In terms of taste, I'd say the burgers are all delicious. They were served hot and fresh.

Monetary wise, yes it could be on a higher side if we were to compare with other fast food outlets. But looking at the ingredients used, it is acceptable.

Lastly, I foresee that Woodfire has a big potential to success looking at the current market demand. It was patronized by all levels of society and multi racial. Provided that; please improve on the service and welcome comments and critics...

I recently visited Woodfire Cyberjaya, and it’s easily one of the best burger spots I’ve ever been to! The standout for me was their brisket burger—an absolute masterpiece.

The brisket is smoked to perfection, tender, and packed with a deep, smoky flavor that pairs beautifully with the fresh buns and their signature sauce. The portion was generous, and every bite was incredibly satisfying. The balance of flavors in the burger really makes it a must-try for any burger lover!

The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. For anyone in Cyberjaya looking for a high-quality burger, I can’t recommend Woodfire enough—especially their brisket burger.

It’s a place I’ll definitely be coming back to again and again....

Food was great. Smoked lamb tasted good, evenly smoked and well done. The sauce is alright. Smoked chicken was good too. Still juicy and tender. Children meal is not too little and appropriate price too. Choc blended was sweet and lovely.

Service - not so friendly staff. But all good. During break time, some of them hanging outside to vape and smoke. I think that's not really appropriate since it's still in the shop compound.

Atmosphere - music was good, lighting is quite dimmed, cleanliness is alright, no smoked smell inside the eatery indicating their kitchen is well ventilated

All in all our experience was a good one.. never been to other branch. This is our first time and will come...
