Teh Laris Kafe — Restaurant in Shah Alam

We arrived at 8am and the doors opened at 8:15am. It was already full house by 8:30am with a line of people queuing outside waiting for a table. I don't fathom what's so hype about the place... Tables were close to one another so don't spend so much time dining in... The Kacang Phool wasn't to my liking... As the cafe goes by The Tarik, their signature drinks are variation of teh Tarik... I ordered Teh Kayu Manis; it wasn't to my liking as well.. it was more like a cup of teh Tarik was powdered with a pinch of Cinnamon powder.. I'm used to Cinnamon Tea so wondered what would the cafe offered..

The kuehs were nice though.. those would worth your penny..

If you want a quick grab-and-go-bite accompanied with a cup of Teh Tarik, this might work for you. But, if you want to lepaaaaaaaaak and chat and makan sampai kenyang, you might feel a bit pressured glancing at the long...

27.05.2025 Tuesday 850am, my first time here. I read reviews before coming here. Read that menu will be at the counter where you place orders. Some other customers reviewed and gave suggestions to have individual menus available rather than holding up the queue while deciding what to eat. But they still don't have a separate menu available. I had the nasi lemak Ayam Rendang and white coffee. Everything was RM14. They accepted QR, CC and cash. The ayam rendang was tender, juicy but lacking flavors, could be better. Rice was alright, hot and fragrant with coconut. The sambal was good, spicy with bit of kick. White coffee the first sip I can taste the coffee bitterness. It was a yummy coffee. I was attended by Ameer at the cashier. He explained to me about the cafe when I asked a few questions about it. He was nice and friendly. Yes I will come back again to...

We are working hard to give good service to the customer, but some customer will keep complaining no matter how good we treat them. We workers are busy doing work non stop, what do you expect? We run here and there, taking orders, clearing dishes, delivering food and drinks..In addition, you cant even spell construction well.. that shows your level of education.. Before commenting or hurting other person's feeling, please use your brain and think twice.You cant go to every restaurant and review the restaurant base on the waiter's BO. Waiter is a human being too.You could talk personally to us or even our boss. We are willing to accept critiques to improve ourselves.Your actions really makes we waiters dissapointed for shaming...
