Stopped over here as it was somewhat close to MBSA Convention Centre and from the roadside, it looked like a decent place - spacious, airy and with nice decor.

Service though was atrocious. As we sat at our table expecting a waiter, no one approached us until we looked around. Luckily I made eye contact with a waiter who was waiting by the kitchen looking at us. From far, he then said, "Order kat kaunter, bang". So we went to the counter, where there were two workers there busy chatting. They didn't acknowledge us standing there, nor did they offer any suggestion on what to order as we stood there gawping at the overhead menu. Again, they didn't make any eye contact or even asked us if we wanted to order anything, until we opened our mouths.

I ordered the Nasi Kerabu Daging Bakar because it was being promoted at a banner outside and a Teh O Ais. My food came after about 15 minutes (the restaurant wasn't crowded). And it was a disaster. The blueish nasi kerabu? It tasted just like plain white rice with blue colouring. The daging and the rest of the dish? I think the daging saved it somewhat. Definitely the worst Nasi Kerabu I ever had and not worth the price.

So yeah, this place has a nice decor. The food is nothing to shout about. But above all, the owner needs to train it's staff....

Ordered Nasi Ayam Rempah the chicken is not even hot. Literally cold. Its not even warm. Chicken is SO HARD TO CHEW. What’s the point of coming to eat at a restaurant when your food is not even hot ?

Chicken Butter Milk Rice the buttermilk gravy doesnt even look creamy nor flavourish. Theres no spicyness at all. Taste sweet as if it is use a sweetened condense milk. Only have literally 1 DAMN PIECE of DAUN KARI ??? There’s no even chilli.

Teh O Ice It taste like sugar water. No tea flavour at all. Mamak does it better.

Overally very very very disappointing. Food is horrible. Even the drink doesnt taste right. Whats the point of having good surrounding and nice decoration when the food is horrible. Tbh , the school canteen food taste so much better than this. Please improve better.

After I revised their shop reviews, I came to validate the dining experience. Service from counter area to kitchen crew is good and friendly, somehow depends on staff I guess. Atmosphere is designed with Bohemians theme, I would say the appearance is very aesthetic, yet, our humid environment and their cuisine type may unsuitable and causing a bit dusty, the staff may need to do cleaning regularly especially table flower and lamp accessories. Food quality is average, yes their rice dishes are served cold, while soup dish is hot, so the quality may inconsistent throughout their operations and required improvement. Flavor of Masak Lemak Itik Pedas and latte are great. Parking...
