Food was OK, the staff were very polite except a Chinese waiter with spectacle who I believe to be the captain there (because he act like he is) was very rude. We asked him to recommend us which dim sum are nice there, he directly grab the menu from me and said, "you dont need to see the menu if you want me to recommend, just look at me will do" and just walk away, we were stunned by his behavior but ok, after a while we asked him doesn't he gonna recommend us some dishes, he said he already ordered for us, when we ask what did he order, he said he doesn't know. I don't know why a decent restaurant like Ti Chen allow a staff to behave like this, his actions were wrong in so many ways, what makes him think that he can just grab the menu when people are still looking at it, and what make him think that he can decide the dishes without asking if we ok with it, lastly, why on earth you don't know what you order??? I hope the restaurant educate this arrogant and...
Read moreFrom the moment we stepped in, this restaurant impressed on every level. The ambiance is warm and cozy, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfortâideal for both a quiet dinner or a small gathering.
The food was truly exceptionalâeach dish crafted with fresh ingredients and full of rich, layered flavors. Every bite felt thoughtful and satisfying. The personalized service stood out the most; staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to making our dining experience special.
What truly sealed the evening was the in-house dessert creation, the âTraditional Candied Green Apple with shredded coconutâ- an absolute masterpiece Delectable, exquisite, and unlike anything weâve tried elsewhere. A perfect finale to a flawless meal.
Special thanks and kudos to Chef Yau & Chef Lim, and the restaurant team.
Highly recommended for those seeking not just a meal, but...
Read moreI was here as an invited guest for a wedding dinner. When we arrived it was raining heavily. We only had a small umbrella with us. We were shocked there was no covered walkway from the hotel lobby to the restaurant! All of us were dressed for the occasion and do not want our hair and clothes to be wet. We saw some red umbrella at the restaurant doorway so one of us had to walk over with our own umbrella to collect the bigger ones for the others. Then I saw the same deilemma faced by all other arriving guests. So I offered to ferry umbrellas for the other guests. They felt bad about a well dressed guest is doing this job. They accept the offer to avoid getting wet. This service should have been done by the restaurant staff since no covered walkway is provided. Too busy with the umbrellas to take a photo to show you the dismay faces of the...
