Ah Cheng Laksa (The Mines) — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Ordered the curry laksa, ingredients inside were cold. I am very sure they were just sitting on the table and hot curry was just poured into the bowl and served.

Cold ingredients in curry laksa: Chicken was cold in the center Hum was undercooked, not even half cooked. Also not fresh. Long beans were not cooked at all

Server staff (older malay woman, 40s) was rude with her body actions, told us to come back only with rude hand signs like we owed her money and rolled her eyes at us when corrected by cashier.

Please have someone check the quality...

May I know what time is the Mines branch supposed to close? I usually go there at 8.15-8.20pm and already denied service. Operation hours are not stated anywhere,but google map says it closes at 10pm. I would understand if there is short of staff, maybe you can be transparent about operational hours. Many local families have dinner after Maghrib prayers and reach the Mines by 8pm+ , gym goers finish workout by 8pm+ at Celebrity Fitness. Hence if staffing is not an issue,I would strongly not recommend...

Tasty laksa at reasonable price. They have junior size too incase you prefer a snack of the noodles. You can choose to add extra ingredients like fish to the assam laksa or cockles to the curry laksa. Also available Nasi Lemak rendang. Herbal chicken soup with rice, pan mee and butter milk chicken chop. They serve snacks like cucur Udang, keropok lekor, chicken roll, chai Kuih and roti bakar too. Place is cozy.
