CHAGEE @ Taipan USJ — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Ordered white peach drink, it tasted a bit dull, so i asked the worker to add sugar. And then when they stir my cup, they actually took a spoon from a cup that is in the sink, and when i ask them about, they said the spoon is clean, i don’t think that’s a proper SOP, please have a better SOP, pretty disgusting to do that infront of your customer.

Next, when i drink the white peach, still tasted weird and i’m not satisfied, so i asked them to redo, i have to wait for about 15 mins for them to actually make me a new one. Not only that, it seems like they gossip about me because after they said something, they quickly look around to ensure i’m not near the counter (almost every one of them) (There’s one malay girl with spec, she looked at me like i’m a troublesome customer). So after they done doing it, then only the drink tastes good.

But i’m not coming anymore because of the staff attitude and behaviour, i used to love Chagee, but i’m not...

Used to come here after lunch for a drink with friends. Wanted to order but end up they tell us drinks limited and only certain drinks available. That's fine we will order others, when we tried to order only allowed to order large because they are out of cups. (Why can't they give regular just change the cup?) Ended up charged for large. Next order and say sugar finish (Afternoon) need to wait half an hour cook sugar. Got fed up and left.

Today, managed to find a parking nearby so thought fine maybe coincident that the shop performed poorly previously, let's give it a chance. Went to order to my surprise everything is online now? Even the employee is AI online? Can't leave a sign going washroom or run errands? Somebody can just walk in and take everything away without anyone noticing. Got information from FB Chagee MY regarding to the angpao packet to be released on 17/01, purposely walk in purchase because of the angpao packet, however, I was informed that internally informed that the giveaway starts from 18/01, was being attended by 3 female malay staff, the one taking orders and another believing is assistant manager both are helpful in getting it, however, there’s another one was standing behind preparing the ingredients, she was trying to argue when i voiced out that it might create confusion to consumers, then she thought I didn’t hear that, the content is more or less like, if you don’t want you may cancel it.
