If you're planning to order delivery from the store, you really shouldn't.
I placed my order for dinner at around 8pm, and an hour later, my tracker was not updated. So, I reached out to the hotline (they were very helpful, thankfully) and informed me that they currently had over 40 orders back-ordered and that even customers who had ordered over two hours ago at 6pm still haven't received theirs. The customer service offered to expedite the order for me, provided I'd head on over to pick up the order myself, which although wasn't ideal, seemed like the only choice and I agreed.
At the store though, the service was terrible. Aside from only one employee, who was a rider, helping me find my order, the rest were standing around and laughing blaming the website for hanging and telling me that my order wasn't ready without even checking. Of course, my order was right in front of them all along though, they just didn't care enough to actually look for it.
All in all, probably the worst experience I've had with any Dominos branch. Food was mediocre at best too. Would NOT recommend...
Read morePlaced an order today to treat the nurses at my father's nursing home as a farewell lunch. Order totaled more than rm250 for pizzas and chicken. Driver finally arrived more than an hour late even though we got notification food was ready an hour ago. This means our food was left out and waiting for delivery!!! Order was placed directly with Domino's. Multiple calls to the number weren't answered and when the driver finally arrived, he realized he forgot some of the items in the order!!! What a disgrace. What was supposed to be a nice gesture turned out to be a super stressful time as I'm working and trying to deal with this mess. And the nurses are left hungry and waiting on food that was promised more than an hour ago! 1st pic is what was delivered the first time. Missing 2 more pizzas, chicken, bread sticks and onion rings which I paid extra for. 2nd pic is what was delivered another 35 mins later and still missing onion rings. So disappointing. Will never order...

Delivery guy by the name of Muhamad Amier Raziq (seen from tracker app) sent an incomplete order. He insisted that i accept the pizza...and that he needs to handle 2 more delivery... before bringing the rest of the order.
Excuse me? I said NO... why should i wait an hour later to eat the balance of my order? of course i want to eat everything at the same time. So I only want to pay for what came... and cancel the rest. But not allowed.
I said "How come u guys can forget to bring everything?" Instead of just saying sorry.. he went defensive and said "WOI! Don't blame me. Not my fault.". Then i said "your branch seem to have alot of problem la".
And he said "Don't order again then!"
