Terrible Experience – Never Returning
This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Bandar Puteri. We arrived at 9:20pm, placed our orders, and waited quite a while for the food to arrive.
While waiting, a male waiter came to collect the menus and asked if we had any last orders. At that point, we hadn’t even received our food yet.
When the food finally arrived, it was overly sweet and disappointing. We had barely taken a few bites when a lady staff member came over and handed us the bill, saying they needed to close the counter. I told her I’d pay after eating since our food had just been served.
Not long after, a female staff member came again with the bill, insisting we pay now. At that point, my appetite was gone. I literally put down my fork and spoon out of frustration.
To top it off, we overheard other customers also complaining about the poor service.
We didn’t even touch the hot lemon tea we ordered. On our way to pay, I told the counter staff that customers coming in after 9pm should be informed that the restaurant closes at 10PM. Her response? “Nobody told you that?” No apology, no accountability—just an attitude like we were supposed to know.
And the final insult? The bill came with a 10% SERVICE CHARGE. For what? Being rushed, disrespected, and basically kicked out?
This restaurant is not cheap, yet we were treated poorly. No basic courtesy, no proper communication, no customer service. I was extremely tempted to make a scene, but my family held me back.
Avoid this place. Spend your money where you’re respected as a customer. PURE BAD...

The food is generous in portion. Its price is affordable for the portion. Generally food is alright , presentation wise the menu surely looks more appetising 🤣 However the Signature Chef Salad, this I got to say the sauce is great !!! Appetising and refreshing but the presentation looks sad 🤣 or generally when the dish reach it looks sad , however the sauce is really nice.
Upon seating they will serve each person a bun with bbq sauce and black pepper sauce. It’s complimentary ..but if your planning to indulge the food mayb save it for later cause food portion is pretty generous and I couldn’t finish mine

This is my second time here today, and we ordered the Grilled Pork Chop with MEO Homemade Gracy (RM 33.90). The pork has a good flavor and texture, but it was slightly dry from being grilled, and I don't fancy the homemade sauce (maybe black pepper is better). The meal comes with two side dishes: creamy and delicious mashed potatoes, and tasty cabonara spaghetti.
The Crispy Fish Burger (RM 21.90) is also very tasty. It had a large portion, good texture, and was flavorful and juicy. The serving of fries was generous and not dry, and thick enough. The onion rings are good as well.
We are very satisfied with the food here, but the portions are a bit large (we got too full), so we might consider sharing a meal for two next time.
The complimentary bread was a bit disappointing; we felt it was too ordinary. Perhaps the focus here is on sampling their sauces, rather than the bread.
During the weekend and holidays, the dinner tables are usually full, so there might be a 15-minute wait, and it can be a bit slow in serving the dishes. However, the service here is good, they provide free water (and diligently refill it), and the ambiance...
