Green Hotel Puchong — Hotel in Subang Jaya

Our company made an arrangement for the 3 ladies to stay in this hotel. When we checked in and notice the reception is very rude and no manners. Upon we checked into our room, we saw some ants on the floor. Next morning we informed the receptionist but when we came back from the office, the ants are still there. Just like they didn't do anything about it. Today, when we came back from our office, we saw our luggages got a lots of ants. We just cannot tolerate anymore, we call them and ask them to change our room but they told us today no more rooms. We went down to the receptionist and make a lot of noise at the counter. Finally she allow us to have a king size room but for one night stay only and ask us to change to another room by tomorrow. We are very mad and frustrated with the service they have given us. We shouted at the counter again and ask them how many times they want us to change the room and we also ask her for the manager's phone number. She told us that the manager already went home. At last, she very unhappy and pass us a room key with a sour face. Whoever want to stay at Green Hotel, please think twice before...

Stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room without windows. ||||The room is adequately sized, the bed is comfortable to sleep in and the basic amenities are all available. There is also TV (with multiple channels including 2 movie channels) and WIFI (strong signal throughout the stay) in the room, so it was a good leisure night for me after the long days.||||The staff are friendly, pleasing and helpful. All request and questions throughout my stay was entertained with smiles and efficient work attitude.||||The taxi driver associated with the hotel does not follow metered fare calculations but charged according to a quote price. However, he is friendly and willing to travel even during jam hours, so it is still worth it in my opinion.||||Added bonus:||Good security. Room cards are needed to access all corridors leading towards the rooms. At the very least, this is a deterrant to random access by strangers in the hotel.||||Cons: ||The wall facing the corridor are thin and noise-permeable at times. Guests talking loudly and infants/children crying as they passed by the room...
