Updated Review: 10th Nov 2024. Staffs are super friendly and nice, comfy atmosphere. However, for the buffet it feels like some of the items wont be refilled overtime so it is recommended to arrive early. The food is subpar, meets the minimum requirements of a 2-3 star hotel standard. Do not expect big meat items, if you're a sweet tooth then you might enjoy as i feel most of their pastry items are delicious! However for the pricing, if you're paying full price then it might not really be worth it as it is a bit pricey, i used to get the discount rate on Eatigo (currently not available as of 15th Nov 2024). >Breakfast buffet (N/P: RM25) A decent selection of menu. Like the sausage and some stirfry, some items are a hit or miss. >Lunch buffet (N/P: RM35) A decent selection of local menu items. Pretty standard, i enjoy the pastry options. >Dinner buffer (N/P: RM68) N/A, but i attended the Diwali/Halloween 2024 special dinner buffet which has slightly more options than the usual, it is alright, some decent fish, prawn and meat items are provided as standard, soup is nice. And the pastry is overwhelming so its worth it if you're in it for the cakes and desserts. >Afternoon tea set (RM25) Its alright, a bit pricey, but pastries are good enough. >Ala cart It depends. Portion is generous Lunch and Dinner buffet might not be conducted if theres not enough reservations so you need to call or Whatsapp them to confirm... This place is more for the vibe, do not expect that the meat options can cover back your full price for the meal, the price is on the more expensive side. Their cakes is good though

had a try for their breakfast buffet, the normal price is 22, but I got the discount code on Eatigo so makes it 11 per pax so I'm much more happy & nothing to be picky Buffet spread was not bad, had fried rice, fried egg & omelette, fried mee, sausages, baked potato, salad bar, basic nasi lemak with sotong sambal & ayam masak merah, plain porridge, a noodle section where you pick your own yellow mee/keoy teow and let them cook for you, soup of the day, toasted bread section, 3 fruits selection and cereals. Drinks included pink guava juice, apple juice, milk and coffee. The sausage & cheese was quite salty, fried rice quite tasteless, but other then that most food is good! Instead of normal bread they do provide croissant and whole wheat bread as well.... And surprisingly the soup was Miso soup😂😂 usually western buffet they'll have mushroom soup so I'm really shocked. Coffee machine is cool tho! Overall not bad, love the relaxing vibes, service could be better, will visit again. P.S. most review on here was very bad so I had some preparation bfrhand but actually it wasn't that awful. Maybe just the dinner section was chaotic and everything messed up

Best place to hv hi tea here ! Food were yummy. We enjoy our Satay & Fried Chicken very much. Recently we went again for Hi Tea on 030923, the restaurant was full house with many group gathering here. The Food were consider delicious but very limited quantity as shown in my photo, after 1 round no more Satay, no more Mutton even with a lot of fat & no top up and tray was cover up, no more chicken. Not even any seafood except small fried Eel. Coffee machine was Jam, Only 2 PCs of Pizza without any top up, vegetable also very limited. If management didn't get a special person to monitor the food quantity & quality, many customer will not come back again. At 2.30pm no more ice cream, no more Ice Kacang ingredients until we asking the staff then only he top up some red beans & cendul.

Above is what the write up menu. I went there at 8pm 28th oct. 2014. there is not even half of what above was served. and most of the items are left with few miserable bits or empty and they do not even bother to refil at 8pm. All the action stall have no action, no one is there to serve or cook. absolutely horrible. WORST ever hotel...

Grill station- Meat was pre cooked way too early and overdone, dry and then served cold. Perfect rubbish. ALL kitchen staff team faces look like the sauce they offer near the grill area. Unpleasant and extremely disturbing. No smiles not even a single bit.

Mongolian grill area- only place where you can get your food freshly cooked served hot but taste no better than connaught night market.

Dessert station- fruits not fresh, weird taste. Their cakes and tarts still possible to be consumed at own risk.

Seafood on ice station- mussels, crab, prawns & occasionally scallops. Just skip this station.

Noodle station - LOL! Look at all the condiments looking like 2 weeks old. Vege is yellow. Soup is watery.

Tempura station- not crispy. Cold. Flat. Not fresh. It's not even Tempura.

Fruit rojak station - again, nothing is fresh here. Their jambu not looking jambu at all.

Kids corner- not children friendly at all. No staff to be seen to assist. How you expect a little kid to make their own cotton candy? As an adult myself I dont even know how to operate the machine. Ice kacang machine needs to be changed, the machine is ancient it should be in the museum but then again it shouldn't because the top is already broken. Looking all unhygienic. Ice creams. Selections of 4 combinations of previous and new ice creams combined together. New coconut ice cream tub topped with left over chocolate ice cream. The rest I'm not sure. Colour too rainbow to even try. Pop corn- cold and flat.

Service staff- the only thing I like about this place is the service staff team. Very friendly, polite, attentive. Great smiles all evening. Good job!

My conclusion is, you get what you paid for; less than RM50/pax.

Review based on my 2 visits in 2 weeks. Wanted to give a second chance but my second visit made me write...
