My family and I dined at Madam Kwan Restaurant Nu Empire Subang Jaya. We ordered food and a glass of watermelon juice without ice.
To my surprised, the watermelon juice was diluted, not serving fresh juice chilled to perfection and showed the change in the colour of the juice.
The best part was that I requested NO ICE, and they served me in a wine glass, and the juice was literally HALF OF THE GLASS for RM12.90!!!! (Picture as attached for your kind attention).
How ridiculous is that?? Why didn't they serve me in a standardised glass (tall sized glass) even if it's without ice? Just because I requested NO ICE and I should be given 40ml of DILUTED watermelon juice??? Is this how you treat your customers? Customers are always RIGHT! We deserved to be treated fairly because we paid for F&B. No customer satisfaction at all. That is because your motto is - "Lantak lah customer suka ke tak suka asalkan customer minum "air" juice yang bukan chilled fresh juice because they are keen to pay RM12.90!!!".
It should be served standardised tall glass size whether it is WITH or WITHOUT ICE. I felt so cheated by them for being so stingy to serve us as we paid for the F&B. Please treat your customers right, not being calculative! There is no need to serve fresh juices if you refuse to be generous to serve us 100% pure fresh juices.
The management should be well-versed in serving fresh juices not being "kedekut" by serving us half of the wine glass and adding more water in it as if customers can't differentiate it!!! For your kind information, fresh juices should be 100% pure fresh juice, not picking 1 or 2 of small cuts of fruits, and add water in it and blend it all together! It should be served in a standardised tall glass size of 100% fresh juice even WITHOUT ICE. I hope the management will address these issues to improve the customer experience in the future.

Read moreI had a very bad experience eating at this location. I ordered mixed vegetable with seafood via QR code but was served only mixed vegetable without seafood. When I asked the waiter what happened to the seafood, he said that I placed the order for vege without seafood and showed me the order receipt. Receipt item mentioned mixed vegetable w seafood and I told the waiter the letter W stands for 'with'. He insisted I made a mistake in my order and W stands for without and the kitchen has cooked it so I had to accept it. I proceeded to eat the dish as I was hungry and the food was served late. The same waiter gave me the receipt later after announcing last call. But right before I made the payment I saw the price of the dish on receipt is more expensive at RM 27.90 and asked for the physical menu. It was stated clearly the dish comes with seafood is at RM 27.90 and matches the receipt whereas the dish of mixed vegetables without seafood was RM22.90 in print. Clearly I was told I ordered wrongly and asked to eat the wrong dish but need to pay for the price of the dish with seafood. I showed the menu to the guy and he refused to apologise to me and my mom. He proceeded to edit the details on the receipt, citing QR code issue and expecting us to still pay for the wrong dish despite his mistake. I told him it is about principles and that he should not faulted the customer for making wrong order when I clearly did not and own up to his mistake. Read moreWell, if I can give 0 star, I will do so. I had the worst experience here. Visited on 31/12/2021 for Nasi Bojari takeaway. Prior to arriving at the mall, I was calling their restaurant continuously from 10.30am all the way until 11.15am, hoping to pre-order & to collect the food straight upon arrival, the line was busy for the entire 45 mins of attempts!! When I arrived, I told the waitress I’ve tried calling, she said with a sour face, even if you call, we will not take your order through phone call. I told her 3 times to cut the chicken into smaller pieces as the meal is for an elderly, she didn’t respond, told me to come back in 30 mins later to collect. When I went back to collect, the same lady handed the take away meal to me in a plastic bag & quickly walked off. I checked & noticed that the chicken was not cut. By then she has disappeared from my sight. I tried calling another guy but he pretended not to see me & walked away. Another lady at the drinks area also pretended to be busy & ignored me. The same lady that took my order then came out but didn’t look at me although I had been standing at the same spot looking around for assistance. She ignored me & walked to another area.
