McDonald's Lotus's Puchong DT — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

There's no one serving in the ice cream counter, but was asked to wait infront after ordering a 'pick up'. Waited infront for sometime but no staff attending us.

Walked straight to the pick up counter again and the staffs asked to wait infront and pointing to a staff cleaning the rubbish bin that she will attend us.

So walked to the staff and politely asked whether she can help us. She asked us to go back to the counter and ask the staff.

We were confused being asked to and fro from staffs here. Meanwhile we then asked a manager (wearing purple uniform) who was sitting there watching the whole situation what to do, she said: just wait there.

The staff who was cleaning the rubbish bin then walked to the front (not quite sure if she washed her hands properly) and start serving the customers.

Customer service was quite bad. I hope the management will look into this.

The choco dip ice cream sundae cone we received were very watery, the choco dip texture was not like the one we used to; and the ice cream was not filled properly (very less, core was very empty) just superficially...

Informed cashier ''having here". Then placed order using app deal for extra spicy ayam goreng set comes with mcflurry. We also mentioned that we want chicken breast. Cashier noted and asking again take away or eat in. Food has been served but fried chicken was not extra spicy and not chicken breast either. Informed staff to change as we purposely came for extra spicy chicken. Staff claimed that their system was took in as normal spicy set. And also mentioned again that we want chicken breast. Cashier came to verify. Wife told that we did not click wrong deal as only that deal comes with mcflurry. Cashier took the receipt to check again the order. Finally changed extra spicy fried chicken to us but very disappointing because they re-fried the same chickens with putting more chili powder only. No chicken breast. By the way, the chicken has strong burnt-out taste due to re-fried. Forgotten to give us back our Receipt too.

Staff is friendly and helpful just the cashier was like day-dreaming while...

The quality of food and service of this outlet is by far one of the worst fast food chain I have visited. Being a fast food restaurant, the food preparation is very slow and there is NIL customer service at all. Few instances

1. When I politely asked if there is any tomato sauce, the service crew didn't even look at me when answering my question.
2. There are few customers queuing up to place order at the counter, but NONE of the service crew bother to service them. (Refer photo)
3. My queue number was 'Now preparing' but suddenly disappeared and didn't show in 'Now Serving'. When I asked one of the service crew, she said 'just wait la' without explaining to me what happened to my order.
4. Unreasonable waiting time- I was next in line and have waited 30mins for a set of Happy Meals.
