Dear Restaurant Manager,

Complaint About Restaurant Service

I wish to express my dissatisfaction about the food and service at your established and well-known restaurant. On behalf of my family, I would like to raise a few points regarding this matter. My family and I had dinner at your restaurant on Sunday, Sep 27/2020 @ 8.30pm.

Your Chinese lady waiter treated us rudely and inconsiderately.

When we enter restaurant point she keeping asking us like " What's your business in this restaurant". As follows your staff :- no greetings to customers asking non essential questions lie to my family that cannot sit and eat but we seen others ppls are siting and chit chat, seems like an hour's theres ppls sitting. your should train your staff as respect customers and call customer if she/he should be sir/madam but very disappointed with attitude if Chinese lady staff

The lady let us sit after we ask questions when v ask questions what is the reason and why??

You should also train your waiters provide good service and well take care customers. Next time i will come but if this kind of service still persists then definitely i wont recommend to my frenz and families.

I hope that you will look into these complaints and take immediate actions. It is very important to remember that ‘ For better business, should be better service'.

Met up some vegetarian friends there for the first time. Shop is easily located, and they serve vegetarian food only. Food/Drink: Had hot tea, which is a tea bag in a paper cup. Hot water is refillable. I would have preferred a normal ceramic cup since it's a long time since we opened from Covid. We shared some chicken pie and other food. Taste was just ok. Ambience/Location: Shop facing the main road, and parking can be difficult at times. The interior is very comfortable and quite nicely decorated. Fully air conditioned. Service: The staff that was serving me was polite and was helpful in filling up hot water for my tea bag in my papercup. We sat there for a bit of time chatting. Price: A bit on the higher side, the food/drink wasn't worth the actual value for sure, but considering the time spend in the cosy place, I think it's acceptable. Recommendation: Come if you have some vegetarian friends you want to hang out here. Take away maybe is not good value for the price. When to visit: Anytime during opening hours. I was a regular patron at their old place along the same street, which I must say was a lot more comfortable than the present one. The new setup unfortunate forces customers to use their handphone to order and pay. Worst of all, you have to pay first using FPX before your order is even received! If I had wanted to order online, I would have stayed at home.

In the past, I didn't really like their service but tolerated it because they have a few items on the menu which I enjoyed. Their price is already on the pricey side and yet they have the gall to serve you tea in paper cups! Everything about their setup seems to be geared towards their own convenience and not the comfort of their patrons.

Would have been better if the place had been converted into a vegetarian fastfood joint where one could just order from kiosks. At least the prices would have been more reasonable and paper cups would not be so out of place. Sorry to say, they have now lost me...
