I like the coffee but please do not put an unexperienced worker handling the store on their own. The worker made a wrong order by putting hot coffee into plastic cup, to which I had no idea if the plastic cup is suitable for hot liquid or not. I requested a redo, literally had to guide him on how to make the coffee myself as a customer over the counter and that is really bad a bad look for this store. Ordered pan mee on grab for pick up and waited for 30 mins. Decided to check at shop and realised their grab app phone was spoiled and no order can be seen on their phone at their end. Staff said the phone got problem. If so please change a phone or close its grabfoodapp so no order will come in. And now I have to wait for another 20 mins for their staff to prepare the food. 🙃 in total waiting...
