Hotel City Comfort Inn — Hotel in Subang Jaya

My extremely worst experience for 2-star hotel!!!!!! to the point i felt wretched and probably traumatised. i could only bear to stay for 4 hours, i cant do overnight in that poor room condition. Eventho its a budget hotel, it is too pricey for the quality and i could get better experience w the price of RM90 (after discount) elsewhere. firstly, it crushed my expectation, the photos and rating are the opposite of what i’ve been experiencing. The room wasnt as nice as shown in the photos, its like an old designed room. Its poorly ventilated and there’s bad smell coming out from the AC and toilet (since bed is next to the toilet), they fix everything w tapes and the floor looks extremely nasty, full of tapes, dirts and stains. there’re black stains across the walls and glasses and hand prints on the glass and mirror. the curtain blinds in the toilet is dirty, i found dirts, molds and urine stains on it. tissue roll is wet and not replaced. no kettle or drinks, only mug. and i almost get claustrophobic when got inside the shower room. mothballs were every side of the floor, that it looks unhygienic and disgusting. if i stay longer maybe roaches might crawl on my body . towels have stained on it. pink and white towel stacked tgt, not sure why diff color, maybe its someone else’s towel. completely unpleasant experience. its unhygienic, worst housekeeping service, poor condition. the only good thing abt the hotel is, its strategic and near to malls and markets and you can easily buy foods and drink cs shops are everywhere, and got a functional lift (buttons also fixed w duct tapes lol) thats all. i regret my entire life that once i consider and paid for this dreadful experience. deserve 0 star and the price should be around...

I have visited most of the available hotel around Bandar Puteri Puchong last year looking for hotels for my relative during my weeding. This is the only hotel that have a bed bigger in size than the rest of the hotel in this area. Very suitable if you planning for family stay. An adult and a kids can sleep comfortably on a single bed , no problem. It is new and it is very clean. Love the tempered glass washroom. Just next door , is the best Tangkak beef noodle that I've ever tasted. Or the only beef restaurant that I ever visited on and off because I do not normally take beef. But their beef meet taste aromatic.So must try. ||Mattress was comfortable , room was air-conditioned , WIFI available and there's a lift. Receptionist is fast responding. There were many dim sum restaurant nearby and night time nearby area were famous for steam boat and seafood restaurant. But you still need a car to move around to the other side of the shop lot.Though you can get foods as well within short walking distance.There were few clothe boutique and traditional massage centre at the back of the hotel lot.Just opposite is the 4-star Four Point...

A few days ago, I traveled to another city to attend a wedding. To avoid the fatigue of driving late at night, I booked a hotel for one night, expecting to get some rest. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience.The hotel’s decor was outdated and unwelcoming. When I was at the front desk, I overheard another guest asking to change rooms, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. After checking in and entering my room, I was immediately hit by a strong smell of insect repellent. I tried to convince myself to endure it for just one night, thinking at least there wouldn’t be any cockroaches. To my horror, a cockroach crawled out of the corner just a few minutes later! I was absolutely disgusted and couldn’t stay any longer.I decided to check out immediately, even though it was already late at night. I had to search for another hotel in the middle of the night, which was both exhausting and frustrating. On top of that, I wasted the money I paid for this room. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to avoid it at all costs—this was one of the worst hotel experiences...
