10/9/24 New stalls now. Gave this place a second chance and glad we did ! Wed dinner around 8pm. Not many patrons. Ample space, cool and comfortable.
RM10 claypot yee Mee. Soup was sweetish, very generous with pork, has 2 fishballs, some fishcake and green amaranth. Nice polite stall owner. RM9 Fishball noodle, came with bits of shredded pork.
Outside was a Malay chicken wing stall: RM2 per wing. Not fully cooked, bloody inside.
Satay stall across the road, RM7.50 for 6 sticks ( 3 beef 3 chicken), sticks small-medium sized sweet chunks with nice char and melty fat centre.
Old review: If you are claustrophobic, peak hours will cause much distress. difficult to breathe in here much less enjoy a meal. Sitting elbow to elbow with other patrons, barely any leg room to move. Very clean though. Western long yuk meat floss bun stall- overly sweet. Took ages and issue...

The Fish Head Noodles came with a creamy, flavorful broth that had just the right level of richness. The fish was fresh and fried to golden perfection—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and free from any unpleasant fishy smell. They also offer Chinese wine on the side, which you can add to the soup for extra aroma and depth. It made the broth even tastier and more satisfying.
The Tom Yum Noodles hit all the right notes for me. The soup was bold, spicy, and tangy—exactly how I like it. It had a nice depth of flavor without being overpowering. The chilies were fragrant and added a satisfying kick, enhancing the overall taste without overwhelming the palate.
🌟 Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Being a foreigner not knowing what ingredients to order, I asked for a mix of everything - stingray skate, crispy pork belly, some kind of hybrid fish ball, preserved cuttlefish, bean curd (tau pok) and a chicken wing. At RM 21 for my bowl of crimson goodness, it wasn't cheap by my Malaysian colleague's standard, BUT IT SURE DARN HIT THE MARK! 👍😋
Will definitely be back again...
