Service staff is responsive and welcoming at the store, order prepped in almost no time, just concerns regarding bit harder to get responses via WhatsApp for online order and enquiries

The chocolate drink had a well balanced 60-70% cocoa not making it too bitter, milk was fresh, the drink remained chilled for longer due to cylindrical ice sticks which were unique and lighter in weight so it meant more drink and less weight of ice cubes lifting up the drinks which was great, as most cafes use weight of ice cubes as a hack with less coffee and drink itself

Was on the hunt for a good cup of specialty coffee and stumbled upon 17gram, conveniently located right at an LRT station. It’s a great spot for anyone rushing to work or heading home but still wants their caffeine fix.

Tried their latte — the taste was well-balanced, with a slight acidity that gave it a nice kick. The coffee itself was flavourful and satisfying, though the milk didn’t quite bring out that creamy sweetness some might look for. Still, it hit the spot and definitely curbed the coffee craving.

This is second branch open by 17Gram’s but from a different partner. Food & Beverage wise, they definitely have more variety of options as compared to the USJ21 branch but in terms of coffee wise can slightly inconsistent at times. Can be perfect & heavenly at times while other times can just be normal. It really depends on the mix of beans depending on the barista choice. However, in terms of environment it’s definitely more conducive for work & that’s what I like about this place the most.
