Restoran Taj Curry House — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Dear Taj Curry House boss, I am a very regular customer at your restaurant. I love your food and the aircon facility at your restaurant. However, I feel I need to share my feedback to you so that u can improve your overall service:

1. unfriendly staff- despite the fact I go there almost twice a week , your staff act like they don’t know me, and almost to a point of being arrogant. They never say thank you or welcome customers. Maybe put nametag on your staff so customers can complain to u re any particular staff.
2. Pricing for your lauk is very different depending on who writes the receipt. I can order the same exact thing- one chicken side order and one vege side order with no rice and it can cost me anywhere from RM7 to RM10 or RM11. Please find a way to standardise your pricing . Put signage indicate pricing because your staff just put whatever they feel like they want to on...

Was here for breakfast , was expecting for speedy services. But turns out , you can only get fast order if you are the same “colour”. When there was only in total of 18 customers including me. There were 4 waiter standing at chatting at the drink service station and 3 at food hallway , there were 8 customers waiting in their seated waiting for order to be taken (6 Malays and 2 Chinese including me). They literally pretended not to see anyone. We all know racism exists but don’t need to be showed to this extent. In the end after 30min of sitting here I’ve just left the place while the rest still waiting at there seated for their order. That’s why I’ve didn’t give any star on the food. To whom ever wanting to have breakfast here , don’t waste your time here (unless you are the same colour) I was actually thinking about having lunch here with a few of my buddies lucky didn’t made...

ROACHES 🪳 Not sure how this restaurant is still allowed to stay open. This roaches infested restaurant should be closed immediately for pest control. Absolutely disgusting. This issue should be reported to the authorities for immediate action. This is a health issue. I used to come here for coffee but after witnessing the roaches infestation, i am never returning here. Thankfully i did not have any health issues after eating food from here. I only realized the roaches crawling beneath my table and on the wall when i was close to being done with my food. This restaurant can get quite busy as there are hospital and hotel closeby which really endangers the health safety of people visiting this restaurant. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST UNLESS THE PEST...
