Went here on Christmas day. Pros: 1.extensive menu wide range of selection for alcoholic beverages ambiance was ok. Table arrangement was ok. Not too close to other table. Pizza was ok. So was the Lobster Bisque. BBQ Beef Short Rib was delicious. Price is a bit on the cheap side.

Cons: Few numbers of rude waiters. One indian boy deliver the food on the wrong side of the table, and when we told him the food supposed to be on the other side, he just gave us the "look" and go away. No biggies, we can pass the food ourselves, but that kind of attitude does not belong here. Very slow service. Every dish averagely need to wait around 20-30min. Simple dessert like cheesecake also took them 20min, just to slice and plate it. There were 2 times where we ordered a dish, and 20min later, the waiter came back and told us the dishes were unavailable. Why need to wait for 20min to told us the dishes were unavailable? and happen two times The food was overcooked. We ordered Lamb Loin Chop and BBQ beef short rib, the lamb loin chop was extremely dry. The same goes to the cheesecake,it was dry and crumbly. The waiter does not seems to have knowledge of the food or anything. This is one of the steakhouse that gave u butter knife to cut your steak.

Overall its just a normal steakhouse, not even a classy one. Its the kind of steakhouse where you can go for your weekly dinner place, but certainly not the one u can go for important date or event, or when u need to impress someone. Still worth the money IMO, but not the kind of place you will...

Came here with family and I'd decided to order the Angus Sirloin Steak. I'd asked for medium-rare, but when the steak came, it was at best a medium, if not a medium-well. It was dry and unappealing to me. I'd ask the waiting staff who'd told me politely that sirloin steaks have less fat so the colour tends to look off. He'd asked me to take a bite, which I did. It was indeed dry. I'm quite the meat lover and I've had my fair share of sirloin steaks — not once has my medium-rare steak orders at other places turned out this way, nor have I heard of the reasoning given.

The waiting staff later called the manager and she'd reiterated the same thing, to which I was getting quite unhappy. Fortunately, she asked if I'd want to get the kitchen to re-make the order, and thankfully this time, it turned out better. Still not the medium-rare standards I had expected but at least it wasn't dry this time around. I was also offered a drink on the house from the manager, so at least the customer service from the manager made up for it — I'd have given a much lower rating for the place if not for that gesture.

We did not have any wine so it wouldn't be fair for me to comment on that, but their list of wine is quite extensive. Perhaps that is where the...

We ordered medium rare steak but it came well done. For a place that’s supposedly specialised in steak, we were shocked! They were nice enough to change it but it was definitely not a good experience as we were trying to saw the piece of meat and was wondering if the issue the knife cause we never expect a steak to be so badly cooked!

Grilled salmon was terrible. Overcooked and dry tooo! We told them and the waiter’s reply was this is how is done- grilled salmon is suppose to be dry! Not able to accept constructive feedback is one thing but having such replies is ridiculous!

Their service is also terrible! Calculative and not tactful. We ordered escargot and it was very goood and plenty of the garlic sauce. We asked for just 1 piece additional plain bread to finish up the amazing garlic sauce and the waiter immediate response was is chargeable! Again we were so shock with such response. Extremely calculative!

Besides that’s when they provide us plates and there was ant on it, waiter used his finger to wipe it off infront of me!!! Completely bad hygiene!

I don’t recommend coming to this place unless you would like to be entertained by clowns...
