Rudest staff Iā€™ve met in a fast food establishment. Both the Indian and Malay girl are quite rude and donā€™t know common decency when it comes to treating customers. I took a few photos of the menu to help my sister order and the Indian girl shouted ā€œNO PHOTOSā€. I was deeply shocked by this as you could have just notified me nicer rather than shouting. Furthermore, both of the girls talked badly about me behind the counter and front. Do they really think I donā€™t understand Malay??? Moreover, I found a bug in my drink and when I complained to the staff, they told me it was my fault since it is self-service. Iā€™m truly disappointed by this level of service and I hope the management team can provide better training for staff when it comes to customer service. The food here is half decent too as my sandwich was served cold.

This place is very hygienic and best of all, you can get a sit next to the 'river'~~ Hahahaaa.. You really feel like you are in Europe.. dining next to a river... But, please DON'T throw your food to feed the fishes.. Keep the water crystal clear as it is.. Food wise really no complaints~ Also,, the staff abide to strict health SOP All kinds of e-wallet (TouchN'Go, Boost, GrabPay & Maybank QR Pay) are accepted here... Very up to trend.. keep it up~~

It's been months they are not having olive. I have been a frequent customer few months back, however I wasn't sure since when, they no longer have olive and other vegetable are also quite limited. I started to go less often as I do and today I visited, there only as few vegetable as it can, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, a little bit green pepper and jalapeno. I wouldn't come again tbh

We are regular customers, employees are amazing, real artists how they do sandwiches. However a lot of cost saving exercises ongoing by management.. 1st - no salt and pepper available - unbelievable but this is how it is, very basic condiments which every place selling food should have (due to no budget)... 2nd - no ice available for last few weeks... due to no budget for ice.. very basic for anyone selling drinks around the world. Not sure what is cheaper.. ice or drink.. Not sure how Subway as franchise is allowing someone to be destroying their world wide reputation... If you need to save money on salt/pepper/ice.. better close shop and do...

The girl working in Morning Saturday should be fired, she is rude and doesnā€™t know common decency.

Google says store opens at 9:30 am, walk in at 9:55 because store looks open, then ask is the restaurant open? She gets pissed and asks ā€œwhy did you walk in we are not openā€

Come late to work then cry because customer asks you a simple question? Subway is already struggling world wide and people like this will ensure it fails. Dont like the job then quit and sit at home there are many hard working people looking for jobs.

In their defense the male staff apologized after complaining so credits to him. She should get fired and replaced with...
