Texas Chicken The Mines — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I have visited texas the mines outlet at 6:34pm on 10/02/2020. After stand at counter for 3 min and A malay lady named YASMIN has attended to my order. She was not clear with my simple order and keep order the wrong thing. I told her I want a piece of original chicken breast. She told me to wait for 5 min. I said OK. I wonder why the chef keep preparing spicy chicken and sauce chicken but no original chicken. After 20 min, I remind a malay male staff at the counter about my original chicken breast again. He said need to wait another 10 min. After 15 min later, YASMIN told me kitchen has no more original chicken breast. I felt very angry as she wasted my 30min time waiting like a fool. I told the staff to ask the manager to come out. The manager asked me to wait for a while as he will prepare the original chicken breast. I feel even frustrated why after manager come out and there is original chicken available? They don't even apologise for their mistake and this is a very bad experience to me. All their staff attitude has big problem and I wonder if they really take care about the hygiene of the ingredients. Blacklist this...

Not recommended!! Don't know what time the counter shd be closed but I came at 8.40pm & both counter are close. Did asked if they already close order but said not yet (just don't understand why put "counter is closed" sign. Need to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be ready which not a problem to me. After 20 minutes, I went to pickup counter to see if my orders ready & it's not yet. Then, it pass 40 minutes so i went again to counter & they said my orders has been taken. Aikkk. Then I need to wait for another 15 minutes & they changed my order (shd be 2 rice but I get 1) with a coleslow as the rice is finished. So fishyyyyy ah. Overall, I have to wait for almost an hour to get my orders & it's wrong. The staff also need to learn...

Im not surprised of how bad their rating is bcz I just experienced the same! The drink machine was out of service, due to some malfunction - which im totally OK as I know something bad can happen out of our control.

However im frustrated on how the staffs or even manager handled this situation. I asked for any drink that they can provide manually as I got no drink at all - which i was nearrrrrly choking at that time. They made a face and said they cant do, i said i chokedd, can you at least give me mineral water? Then only they give me. Like no common...
