We were impressed by how intuitive it was, but when we had a small question, the front desk assistant was incredibly gracious and went out of their way to assist us with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality truly elevated the experience! There is a bit down on parking, since it is first come first served, the front desk helpfully teach us park opposite at pyramid hotel like RM13 for 10hrs, and move to street parking after 10pm when the busiest crowd is leaving for good night. Our family room was pristine, spacious, and perfectly designed for our needs. The memory foam beds were heavenly, ensuring everyone slept soundly, and the hot, powerful shower was a dream after a fun-filled day at Sunway Lagoon. The smart home system for controlling lights and AC was a modern touch we loved, and the complimentary water dispenser and vending machine were thoughtful additions in the tropical heat. The branded Daikin air conditioning kept the room refreshingly cool, making it a cozy retreat. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Sunway Lagoon’s entrance and a quick walk across to Sunway Pyramid’s endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We didn’t need a taxi once, which made exploring so convenient. The public indoor TV rest area was a cozy chit chat with netflix, and the free WiFi and cozy lounge were perfect for unwinding. Full honest review. Staff girl very friendly. Self check-in but she helped us once the machine wouldn't give us the key. The room is clean. Must have been freshly cleaned as the sink, toilet and floor was still wet. There's no shower curtain so when you bathe everything gets wet.

The bed is quite high off the ground so nice place under the bed to store luggage. It's the only place as there's not much space to move at all. The bed is very comfortable and fits like a puzzle piece in the space provided. It's great if you are single or a young couple but we are older so climbing over each other to get on and off this bed was not fun at all!

There's a nice little refrigerator in the room with neon lighting so if you prefer a dark room, you can cover the fridge with a towel. Otherwise it acts as a bright nightlight.

Location was fantastic! Just across the entrance of the Sunway pyramid hotel. The walls between the rooms were no problem but nothing sound proof for the outside wall. You can hear the restaurant staff cooking and people talking and yelling. In fact, it's 2am now on a Tuesday night and so many workers outside yelling and machines banging we can't get back to sleep.

It's a lot cheaper than the fancy hotels nearby but definitely not worth the RM150 we paid.. If it was half the price we...
