Uncle Don's (IOI Boulevard Puchong) — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Food was alright but nothing to shutout. The menu said lamb shoulder but what was served wasn't lamb shoulders. So that's a minus on the food already. The roasted vegetables were raw. The German pork belly was burnt on the skin side.

Services was extremely horrible. The patrons were horrible too, everyone walking to n fro the toilets and entering the restaurant without putting their masks on. The tables were so close to each other disregarding the SOPs.

We had to request for the menu after waiting for a long while, and then was only given one, and had to go grab the other one ourselves because they couldn't be bothered. Our food was served without cutleries and we waited 10mins before having to request them again. Was given a loose knife and when we requested to change, no reply of sorry or okay ill change it for you. When coming back with the knife, the server gave it to us with the sharp end pointing at us. Seriously?

While paying the cashier said not a single word nor smile or said thank you apart from shoving the bill onto the counter and then shoving the card machine onto the counter.

The quayside mall was so so much better. I would rather travel the distance to patronage that...

The very first time I went to this outlet located in IOI Boulevard, I will say that the service was good because they had locals employed who were courteous and had great cs skills. The following 2 visits - dumb me - was HORRIBLE. ACTUALLY HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. They have all foreigners working there whose service is so so so bad. I ordered Chicken Pepperoni Pizza today and there were cockroaches running out of the wood that the pizza was served on. Not 1 or 2 but more than 5. OMG... I asked to see tge Manager and a Filipino I think walks up to me and says she is in charge. Not an apology at all.. She just says oh ya I informed the kitchen already. can u imagine how dirty the kitchen would be for there to be that many cockroaches???? Like seriously. The place must be reported. Its cleanliness issues and can't imagine how many people may have fallen sick eating there. I suggest that people be very careful when u order something there and check ur...

Rude worker. The worker have the audacity to not allowed us to sit at the sitting area that we would want to sit, it’s either 2 person or more it’s the customer right to sit at where they feel comfortable to sit and after asking us to sit at the place tat we didn’t want to seat, the worker have the rudeness to push in the chairs of the table tat we wanted to sit just to indicate of no sitting. The food tat we ordered on the other hand, that is the nachos was also in bad shaped, there were no topping of minced chicken and the same worker tat treat us badly just for we wanting to change the sitting spot have taken much time to served us the food even when I have seen the food had been prepared. Sorry to say, will not come back again and to be reminded we are paying for the food and being the customer in your outlet is this how we have been treated as in such a way that we are there for free...
