Went there last week and its my first time visiting and it will be my last time also. I left office early so that i can be there before 7pm coz i think by that time not much people dine in and my instinct was right. I was there before 7pm and i ordered my pizzas ,2 of it , one is regular chicken pizza and another one is cempedak pizza. As i arrived i realised that there was only two tables that were occupied by two groups of people. First table is a family of 4 person and another table is just 2 person (couple i assume). So i was enthusiastic that im gonna get my pizza early. 10 mins after ordering ,my pizza is still not ready and same goes to my plain hot water! Yeap! Just a plain hot water! And at the same time there was a lady who came in after me and ordered but within 10 minutes she get her appetizer and i still didnt get my pizza or hot water and in total this is already 20 minute of waiting. Coincidentally there was a rider came in an old uncle who want to collect his pizza. Then 2 girls came in and ordered. Not even 5 minute they get their juices so in total its already 35 min for me to wait. So i couldnt wait i started to get cranky and start to complain and waiter panic and start to go kitchen and their manager is the first one to hide in kitchen. Waiter didnt even properly sanitised or wipe table with proper sanitiser just a clothes for the sake of wiping my table. After 45 min of waiting my chicken pizza arrived after i kept on bugging the waiter asking for it. And yet my cempedak pizza is still not ready they give reasons like" oh 5 more minute we just bake it". At the same time you can see lots of angry faces of customers and riders waiting for their food. Some rider even started to shouted angrily on asking why is it too slow! After 1 hour 10 min i finally got my cempedak pizza! Seriously i dont get the hype of this restaurant on social media when the taste is so so and overpriced yet horrible service. They gave me a voucher and i just dont bother to take it with me when i left the restaurant. I dont see the point on why i should use that voucher when i already experienced first time here in an unpleasant way. NOT...
Read moreSince you ask, I will give my feedback. So the waiter punch our order around 7:29 but until 8:30 our pizza still haven't arrive. Only the mushroom and bread only on our table (which they serve under 15 m so it was ok) , I work at pizza restaurant before so I don't think u need 1 hour to do the pizza even if u that busy tbh. When i ask the staff , they say otw and in the end we got our food so it ok.
But the problem is there were at least 2 tables that was ordering together the same time with us, but they finish their food while we didn't get our pizza. Although we did get our food at 8:30 , but it really dissatisfaction when table beside us who were late than us maybe half hour get their pizza under 20 m. So when I want to pay the bill, I ask your cashier so what happen. So she explain that they were confuse so they mistake/forgot our pizza. They only know our table didn't get our pizza until the moment I ask. At the receipt they even cross our table number from 14 to 15. Come on even I know u did mistake judging from the receipt.
Even if you give what voucher I also don't care tbh , I just want an apology and admit that they did wrong. (Lucky your girl cashier did say sorry, so kudos and thank you although i cant recall her name but thank you)
We were hungry at first but waiting for 1 hour make us lose appetite even they serve our pizza on our table in the end. We lost the appetite and our dining experiences was poor. This wasn't my first time at US Pizza but this time is so bad that I need to review this.
I suggest you guys put a habit on your working staffs. Who take order for which table/order make sure to always follow up your table. Make sure customer get all they order. Don't wait until customer angry and complain baru u want solve the problem by giving out voucher.
Just to clarify lah , I love your pizza. It taste good and perfect in every inch I hope for. Just today services I hope u take note. Busy doesn't mean you are allowed to give excuse...
Read moreI really really like US Pizza since the 1st time i was there. Always craving for it. Finally today i got the chance to order it but turned out its a SUPERB disappointed experience.
So I found out that new branch is opened in Kota Kemuning. I checked the address on the website so proceed to the outlet. Unfortunately, it's still under renovation when i reached the outlet. (WHY NO MENTION IN THE WEBSITE?)
Ok fine. I decided to order thru online and chosen the pick up at Subang SS15 outlet. I reached the outlet on time @ 7.45pm, went in straight to the counter and showed the staff my order details. One of the staff confirmed my name by the receipts, while the other staff are packing the orders beside. But nothing is pass to me so i assume my orders are not done so i went outside to wait.
After 30mins of waiting, i went in to check again my orders. Ah ha, they passed me my orders which the orders were sitting aside for a long time. The most funny thing is the orders was packing in front of me while I was there for my first check with the staff @7.45pm !!!!
HOW ISIT POSSIBLE? Well, I do not know the answer.
NO CALLS? NO DOUBLE CHECK? NOTHING is done during the time i was waiting for 30mins there.
End up i had to consume a HARD, COLD pieces of pizza, bread and stuff. OH! The ICE TEA was the most tasty in the orders.
Ok, to whoever incharge is, PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR STAFF ON TRACKING ORDERS. And of course their service.
I understand that you might be busy due to overwhelming of orders. But this is unacceptable as the staff in front of house is doing nothing all the while during the time that i wasted for 30mins there.
And yes. US pizza is banned from my life. Sorry but no sorry. Good day and...
