YMT Healthy Vegetarian 圆满天素食坊 — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

It was a regular place i been to as a vegetarian. Unfortunately, I have pull it out from my list.

I can say, the food is good but the service is bad.

Ordered "Asam Laksa" (my favourite food here). I been served with a "burned" (焦味)taste of asam laksa. I told the waitress, and waiting for her to solve it, but she went in to kitchen, came out n continue doing her own stuff. After waiting for sometimes, i asked again, what's the chef said? She can't answer me n said will ask. Tried my best to finish up the noodles without taking the soup, stil i cant finished it. Went to counter for settle bill, i asked again. She said "yes, the chef accidently "burned" the soup cause the boss not around.

I don't expect to eat free, but i paid that much for a burned food? I expect you cld offer to cook me a new bowl of asam laksa. Very disappointed

If the biz hour starting at 11am and you aren't ready to serve, better don't "open". I asked, its opened, the lady boss said "YES". I sat n waiting to be served, but I look like a transparent person and all staffs including the lady boss busy at own stuffs. No menu, no one taking order after sat down for 10mins. Walked to the counter and told the lady boss, "I'm leaving, thank you" she has no response and not even ask why.

Such a disappointing...

My family and I are loyal patrons of this restaurant, not just for routine visits but also for various celebrations like birthdays, graduations, and festive occasions.

During lunch on 1 Jan 24, the first floor was fully occupied. When we requested the second floor, the waitress informed us that it was only open for customers who 叫菜吃饭, then abruptly walked away.

I entered the restaurant and explained that we intended to 叫菜吃饭. I requested permission to go upstairs solely to place our order, given the hot weather and elderly family members waiting outside. Unfortunately, the waitress insisted we ascend only after placing our order, offering no explanation for her decision.

After we placed the order and went up to 2nd floor, one of the table aside just done ordering while sitting down with the aircon😂.

Very disappointed to the lady waitress with unreasonable requests and unfair treatment.

Advice to the owner:

1. You may read the bad reviews from other customers, mostly are complaining about the terrible service here.
2. please don't ignore the service quality if you intend to promote vegetarian to...

Looking at the 1st day of lunar month... I decided to have Vegetarian and to my shock.. THIS IS THE WORST VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN!!! The service staff looks like they do not want to do business... Do not even explain the menu... The moment we sat down, just put the menu and say ONLY the single portion dish available...firstly I ordered the pan mee and when passed them, they say pan mee don't have...then I asked the chinese lady staff can she tell me what they have and what they do not have and she say for the single portion, EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE... WTH!!! Decided to order the so called HOT and SPICY Noodles instead... It is neither HOT nor SPICY... If what they meant on the HOT being the temperature of the soup... The soup was warm as it was left on the counter for quite some time before the serving staff brought them to our table as he and another foreign staff were walking around and not doing anything as they are doing catwalks. WILL NEVER PATRONISE THIS RESTAURANT...
