I don't have a picture for this visit, because I was sick didn't have much mood to pickup my phone.

I say pros: Cashier (maybe the owner), freaking friendly and have a really positive vibe. If smiles were on sale, this dude just gave it for free plus limitless.

Saw his skill selling to a customer who confused to which bagel he can choose, then this guy with his upselling skills and reccomendation really is terific. Dude really knows his product.

He is very observant, even friendly with babies and kids.

Bagel was cook with a crunchy and crispy texture on the outside and soft in the inside, I mean if u compare his Bagel with CBTL's Bagel, theirs are better, plus cheaper. But for fillings, I still gave to CBTL's.

Many flavours to choose, got both savoury and sweet. 4 bagels of option: cheesy,cranberry,choco and charcoal.

Drinks are good, chocolate banana, reallg use real banana, instead of banana powder of puree. The coffee with iced latte, really is strong, a little sweet in the mixture. To me its fine, but to those who really loves coffee, probably didn't like the sweeteness.

Haha again, cashier is very attentive.

The staff there got all Malaysian. Shops doesn't shy out decorating their shop with Raya's decoration. I told you its very is welcoming!

Cons: The space is timid. Most customers just proceed with the takeaway. Walao 🤣 customers coming in just like water. That probably tells u something about their good product in a goodway.

Its not a really big issue, but I cannot relate Japanese fiction with Bagel. Its okay, I didnt state this as a con.

This shop is small and more to buy and take away,at first saw advertisement for it's bagels but too bad weekend don't open ,but still managed to get an illegal parking during weekdays and hop in to check out. The first impression is like,if you don't know you better prepare questions in order and be quick in making your decision to order because of the good business,boss or cashier answered politely but can feel the impatience too. That's why I made mistakes as I bought with the price of rm4.8 for just the filling ,I was not asked or told that bagel has to pay separately but straight away got the original bagel ,first time still okay but I bought two ,so it will be nice if the staff recommended me to try another type of bagel. Two same bagels with same fillings; because I was hinted that I asked too many questions and have to wait for answers. After I took the bagels and drove home I notice I thought I bought three but it came out of two bagels with two same filling because I am not familiar with the system,price confusion on the board,maybe I am slow or don't know how to ask but check out my YouTube for the places of where I explored @hennatan . As a regular to this place, I enjoy every single visit I make to fulfil my bagel cravings. The prices are reasonable for the portion and fillings (between RM 6-12), but more so, the customer service offered by the team and Gary is impeccable. They're very accommodating, especially when I bring my own bottle to grab a latte.

The only downside is that there is very little space to sit down and enjoy the bagels, but the place is nonetheless very cosy and warm. It's much easier to grab and go due to the limited space. Parking is also limited especially in Taipan so it's either you pay for the indoor parking or walk a distance.

If you're new to this place, would recommend getting these:

Original bagel + cream cheese & spring onion filling (if you're more towards savory fillings)

Plain ol' original bagel + chocolate filling (it's so good and melts right in your mouth). Just gotta eat it quick, if not, you'll have chocolate dripping all over your face and shirt LOL.

[NEW!] Cocoa bagel and peanut filling. I'm usually not one for peanut butter, but this is just sublime. Just the right kind of bagel when paired with a tasty crust.

Service may be a bit slow on some days due to the large crowd, but...
