Food- not as good as before. Tak tahu kalau staff baru yg masak atau macam mana. Green tea tropica tak rasa manis langsung. is it actually ‘no sugar’ in the menu or they just forgot? Kek rasa macam crusty sikit. Tomyam kung tak kaw macam biasa. Chicken parmigiana just nice, self service ambik sos tapi ok je. Overall boleh makan je cuma rasa beza sb dah biasa makan since sebelum pkp lagi kat sini.
Service- poor. Sy dtg berdua. Order tea set shinjuku (shinjuku + free ipoh coffee). So staff dtg n inform shinjuku dh habis, so sy mintak tukar ke kek since dlm menu ada cake tea set free air jugak. Lepas dh pilih kek, salah sorang staff cakap dengan kuat ‘kenapa table 13 cancel menu tak cakap, aku dah bancuh ipoh coffee.’ Bila kek sampai, sy tanya ‘kek ni dapat sekali dengan air tak’ n staff tanya sesama staff. Sy dengar ada staff jawab ‘kenapa tak cakap’ dengan nada meleret. Maybe antara 2, sama ada maksud staff tu sy tak cakap atau staff yg tanya tu tak cakap nak kopi utk table sy. Sy dengar lagi staff tanya ‘kopi yg mu bancuh tadi letak kat mana’ and sampai lah kopi utk cake tea set sy and sy assumed maybe kopi yg dah ‘silap’ bancuh tadi kot tapi takpe je. Situasi lain, sy dengar staff duk bercakap dengan nada yg kuat, jelas didengari customers, pasal staff lain sangkut banjir, bercakap guna cursing words, duit short 10sen, having a conversation loudly. Tak tahu la tadi makan kat sr ke atau gerai tepi jalan macam pasar. Very not professional since ada customers, cakap kuat2, guna perkataan tak elok. Their attitued and service just ruined my special dinner 🥲 tapi both of us decided just to ignore them, enjoy our foods.
Atmosphere- all of the situations create bad environment, ‘atmosphere’ etc for both of us. Haih very sad since we’re LDR and just trying to have a good meals 😞
My 2 cent- improve kan lagi attitude statf. Train staff the professional way to do their job. kerja bhgian service ni penat but it’s not an excuse. Supervisor atau pihak tertentu perlu pantau kualiti service dan makanan.
