Hotel Sentral Kuala Terengganu — Hotel in Terengganu

Very worst hotel...front desk staff very rude... i know hotel not provide parking but i ask the staff about where i need to find a public parking...he said u find yourself..i arrive on 10pm from kl...very useless ... About the room...so smelling,water leaking at sink, shower loose and not clean ...room very small not same as in ads...i add on pic in my comment... From the first night i want to cancel the moment i enter the room...but staff said not refundable..so we book the other hotel for next 2 night... i provide both pic in ads...

Pros : cleanliness was acceptable, location was good, room have basic amnesties Cons : finding parking maybe difficult, no windows

In overall still worth it with the price you pay.

Most important the staff was friendly and honest. My Airpod fall from pocket and left at room. Housekeeper found this during cleaning the room. Hotel staff call me and inform me. I will not know that I left that at hotel because I thought I left at home so or...

After being disappointed at a local Rumah Penginapan in Marang, which we had booked a week earlier , we had to find a hotel somewhere in Kuala Terengganu. We walked in to Hotel Sentral, and got a room here. We were happy with the room, quite big, with king size bed, and only rm85. No window, but we just need a place to rest after driving the whole...
