my colleagues suggested this cafe di male I was there and I went 2 floors to the top restaurant and no one came to assist me no worries.I got myself a table.One waitress came with a bottle and glass.im asking the menu card she say here have QR code unfortunately my internet 🛜 not working He refused to share the Wi-Fi password and said that he should bring his phone. Maybe he wanted to show his iPhone, otherwise there was no problem in giving the Wi-Fi password because other guests were also using the Wi-Fi there.Im check the restaurant menu card. I ordered 2 slices of chicken pizza but she said I don't have any slices of chicken pizza right now. So I'm giving one chicken mushroom pizza.Maybe I ordered 5.50p.m but they took maybe 2 hours.I'm shocked because I'm asking to her how much time to take for pizza she just 10-15min and I'm tell you can pack the pizza and give to me bill.They pack pizza but maybe don't have any carebag. I'm requesting to put some ketchup one waitress asking me which ketchup you want again I'm shocked because I need tomato ketchup.I say whatever you have you give but fast I'm asking for a bill she gave to me. But I'm waiting for my cash.They take too much time for return cash.only one Nepali person has there.He treats me nicely and suggested to me about shisha hukka bar and flavour I forget that guy name.for order taking to bill paying they took 2.40 hours I'm shocked.Im spend there 2.40Hours for pizza but only waitress came 1 time on my table.They didn't how to greeting the guest.They just busy take salfie they didn't care about my order.Even I told him I would order something later, but she didn't ask me.very bad experience with cafe di male. We’ve been coming to Café De Malé (CDM) almost every day for the past six months, and one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is the incredible service from Kumar. Kumar is truly exceptional at what he does. He’s always so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and he goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience every single time. Even on the busiest days, when the restaurant is completely packed, he somehow manages to be there the moment you need him. It’s clear that he gives his maximum effort, not just to us as regulars, but to every single guest who walks in—regular or first-timer. What really stands out is how everyone seems to know Kumar by name, and that’s no surprise because he treats every customer with the same warmth and hospitality. It’s rare to see someone so consistently attentive and genuine in their work. Kumar is without a doubt one of the reasons CDM feels like a second home to us. His service is a perfect reflection of the restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere, and we can’t praise him enough for the effort and care he puts into his job.
