Travel Escapes Maldives — Hotel in Malé

I have to strongly x10000 reccomend booking through Travel Escape Maldives!

Having to book an upscale resort for 10, the amount of money adds up to be a huge sum, I had my skepticism, I was also worried, but all these are unfounded, because they are indeed the best.

We had our stay at the Patina Maldives, writing this as I am on my midnight flight back to Singapore.

The Boss of the company is a really nice person, Prior to booking, I had contacted most of the highly reviewed Travel Agents in Maldives but none came anywhere close to what I have experienced.

Here is where they stand out -

1. Speed - no worry on getting ghosted, or chasing for updates, you would think that spending 2xk usd would lead to very fast efforts from TAs, but only here you get such instant responses.
2. Detailed - any questions big or small, no need to worry, the best reccomendations to fit your needs, your budget - don't bother with google, the boss man is your best AI, he will list out all fitting resorts before your google research completes.
3. Availability - I don't know how the boss does it, but he is almoat always available b4 booking, during and whenever u need him. 4)Price - in my fair bit of comparisons, no other TA came close to the price offered by the boss. He was able to infact renegotiate again and again to his best abilities for us, and left us with a deal almost too good to believe.
4. VIP - what is ViP? The boss meeting you on arrivial with his assistant to take care of you, just to send you on the way to a speedboat for a minutes chat. That is VIP. What else is VIP? Having a dedicated assistant to checkin your luggages, through security checks and sending you off at immigrations - we were flying business class, I saw the likes of many similar if not even more expensive resorts and hotel guests and I dare say I did not see any other person offering assistant like what we have. This is like Royalty. And I love it.

For anyone skeptical of the reviews, try it and you will believe. Any fellow Singaporeans reading this review - please find them. They are way cheaper and better than booking direct.

Amazing experience with Travel Escape Maldives. I would highly recommend Travel Escape Maldives and their agent, Mohammad Khalaf, for anyone planning a trip to the Maldives. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His prompt responses to queries and attention to detail in arranging special requests were commendable.He was able to share the menus with prices listed beforehand to know what to expect.

Upon arrival, travel escape staff was there, despite the fact that I booked the hotel on my own for the night. She briefed what was going to happen and told me what time to meet at the speed boat counter.

Sun Siyam Olhuveli did have some sat backs. The special request was late. Like the birthday cake surprise came in the night only. Which was supposed to come in the morning/ afternoon. Which I also mentioned to them once I arrived on the island.

Other than that, the whole experience was good. The resort was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was good and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating.

Leaving time. The Travel Escape staff Mai treated us like a VIP client. She was good, pleasant and was able to bring us through the airport swiftly and smoothly. Thanks to her too.

From the time we wanted to go Maldives again, Mai the Travel Escapes agent was professional, efficient and provide very good consultation on the type of resort based on our budget & criteria.

Even when I had to abandon the initial plan - from a family holiday to a couple holiday - Mai was really patient to pick up from where we left off. It was this calm & professional etiquette that kept me coming back to liase with Travel Escapes.

Again, when we were going home, Mai met us at the airport for our international departure, ensuring we check in properly & waving our final goodbye.
