Palato Frosty's — Restaurant in Malé

Came across insta post for this lovely place so I decided to try it. 1st of all I would like to thank the customer service for their patience and being so helpful during my viber ordering . My order was for delivery , they add 10/- (to deliver to male and HM phase 1 ) while 15/- to deliver to HM phase 2 At first u might feel prices are so much but when u taste it you will forget what you were thinking of 🤣

Asked for donuts 4 in a box which cost 210/- other than delivery , but I gave them the opportunity to send me the best four seller there. Hence I Received ( chocolate flakes 8.5/10, cookie crumble 9.5/10 , chocolate balls 9/10 and due chocolate swirl 9.5/10 ) it’s so delicious , tasty and filled with cream inside other than the desired topping.

Can’t wait to visit the place and try more delicious deserts from there 😍

Things to improve the experience: Delivery took relatively long time to arrive although it’s to deliver to male location (50 min ) and they don’t deliver above ground floor even if ur building...

First of all, I went on a week day so there was no one else even the staff; there was only one. But they took up so much time. I ordered waffles and a matcha latte but the staff returned back after 5 minutes or so and told matcha was out of stock. So I ordered a mocha latte only to be told the same thing, again. Finally ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee which straight up tasted just as same as a regular iced coffee. I got the waffles first and as for the coffee, had to wait more than 10 minutes after finishing the waffles. All this delay happened while being the only one in the café. I regret to report a disappointing experience. As indicated by the accompanying photo, the situation speaks for itself. After processing my payment in advance, there has been no follow-up communication or explanation provided after failing to deliver the cake on the promised time. It's crucial for customers to trust that a business can fulfill its promises, especially when specific delivery options are advertised. Unfortunately, my order for a 3:30 pm delivery, as confirmed available on your website, was not honored.
