I was excited to try the blueberry and lime espresso tonic, which my sister recommended, so I visited the café with my mum today. We placed our orders—an espresso tonic for me and a cold brew latte for my mum. About 10 minutes later, the barista informed us that they didn’t have cold brew latte, so my mum switched to an iced latte, which was fine.

I received my espresso tonic, and while the flavor was good, it was strange that it wasn't cold or hot—it was served at room temperature. I assumed that's how it was made, but after 15 minutes, the barista came out again to announce their ice machine was broken, so no iced drinks were available. At this point, the server was told not to take any more iced drink orders, but we were disappointed they didn’t inform us earlier.

When I got home, I told my sister, and she mentioned that the espresso tonic should be served iced. It was frustrating to learn that they knowingly served my drink at room temperature because they didn’t have ice. Very...

This place used to be great, but sadly, it has gone downhill. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. After being seated and handed the menu, we waited 10-15 minutes for someone to take our order, but no one came. Eventually, we had to go outside and call them in just to get their attention.

When we finally placed our order, we waited 20 minutes, only for them to come back and tell us that there were no prawns, so we had to change our order last minute. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable.

The food itself was disappointing, and the drink was even worse. I ordered a smoothie, which turned out to be completely watery and tasted as if it was made with powdered milk instead of fresh ingredients. It was barely drinkable.

I went to this restaurant a few days ago and I went with my family to have food. I ordered a hot green tea and the waitress who served the food accidentally spilled the boiling hot tea all over my little brothers hands. They didn't even bring ice or tissues and I had to ask them two times before they did.

I went here again with my coworkers today for lunch break and the waitresses deliberately didn't bring our food and we had to leave because we only had an hour to get lunch. When I was leaving the waitresses were laughing and making fun of us.

To conclude this is just amazing service and great staff. Hope no one goes to this place. Thanks also I hope the owner sees this review and does something...
