They were extremely overwhelmed with the crowd. We ordered burgers and 30 minutes later, we were informed that the kitchen ran out of buns and we’d get bread slices (essentially sandwiches) instead. Our ice teas tasted premade almost like Lipton in a fancy glass. The chicken burgers (sandwiches in our case) tasted okay. Service was kind of decent, though it took a while before anyone came to take my order. On top of that, the menu provided was incomplete - half of the matcha menu items were missing, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the worst part was seeing a small cockroach casually crawling on the floor. First night, they forgot chicken and chips and when they realized, they brought undercooked chicken. In compensation they did offer us a free matcha cheesecake and we chalked it up to a genuine one time mistake. Came here again, and this happened AGAIN, they forgot one drink and one meal.
