The service was terrible, the worst restaurant where I have ever been. We actually talked to the person in charge who initially asked to save a place at the tables next to the marina, he said yes and we immediately started ordering a bottle of wine while we waited. And the lack of organization began. An employee sat other customers who had arrived later at the tables that we were supposed to keep, served them and did not have the information that other people like us were waiting for this place. After some waiting I ran to a table that was empty (advice from the person in charge) near the marina and finally asked for the order and I was told that the kitchen had closed and we could not be served. I asked for the bill but we were still finishing the wine. After that it got worse. Other employees took the bottle and glasses from us, doing it on purpose to get out of there when it was still full. Six friends went here on Sunday after visiting Manoel Island. After waiting a bit, we sat at an empty table. I ordered fish and potatoes. My order came, there was fish on top, on top of the potatoes and salad. I ate the fish, and there was only red cabbage for potatoes and salad. At that moment, I saw that a fly had died on the lemon, and the outside of the red cabbage was spoiled, they chopped it like that. Bus stop lounge is a sweet little place situated by the sea. There is a lovely view over looking the water along the coast to ta'xbiex. The staff are usually polite and friendly but the odd time I have been there I have been met with a rude and grumpy service.

There is a small indoor seating area, which is opened up in the summer and in the winter it is closed in with heaters to keep you warm.

The bus stop lounge can get very busy at times so finding an available table is not always easy, how ever you can make a reservation in advance.

There is a range of food on offer on the menus, from starters, burgers, salads, fish n chips, pizza, pasta and a kids menu. All of a valuable price.
