Honestly, some of the worst service I've experienced in a while.

We waited for over an hour and a half for our order of two variants of the daily fresh fish, which I figured would've been one of the quicker meals to prepare. After such a long wait and upon inquiring about when the food was going to come, we were met with a disregarding "it's on its way," as if such a long wait time was in order. While waiting, we saw several people come, order, eat, and leave.

Perhaps after realizing that there was a mistake, what appeared to be the shift leader came over to our table and offered an apology. He claimed that it was a glitch in the system, which caused the delay of our order and offered to have the meals written off our final bill. At that point, I was willing to accept the error as simply unfortunate and was actually pleased with the gesture.

However, before I wrote this review, I looked through the feedback that people had given in their reviews prior to our visit and to my displeasure, I found that the excuse we had been given was one they used quite frequently (I alone found three other instances of it within 10 minutes of scrolling).

This unfortunate reality, coupled with the initial unprofessional behavior of the server who told us our food was on the way, as if we had asked for too much by inquiring about our order 90 minutes after placing it, leaves me with no choice but to give this place a rating of 1/5.

The place itself is set in a nice location, which is perhaps what its owners bet on, instead of improving their service quality.

Other than that, even when we were waiting for the food, our beer glasses often sat empty at our table for a good 10 minutes, before we managed to flag someone down and asked for a refill. This was the case even after the ninety minute wait and when the restaurant was about half full.

Simply an extremely underwhelming experience. Food was pretty good, and the gesture would've been nice, had it not been an apparent lie and a go-to for when service...

Good evening sir, We are the french couple that came for lunch yesterday for lunch,for having cocktails in the afternoon and came back for dinner during the fest fish.. First, I can t understand all those turist that came in your restaurant and complain without any reason.. At lunch, I have eaten wonderful anchovies and my husband a dish of fried calamari also perfect and fresh.. The afternoon, we went and have taken 2 cocktails one mojito and one pina Colada ,delicious And for dinner,my husband has taken for the first plate the anchovies because he had tasted mine at lunch, and after fish and chips with fresh fish and for me spaghettis at lemon and pesto and local fish.. For finishing, tiramisu really good and Amaro for my husband ..Everything was perfect and thank you at the owner that works non stop for doing the best for his customers and for a really professionnal team and for offering a drink at the end of the meal.. Mushroom bruschetta was burned, portion is very small, taste is very flat. Nothing but a little bit of cheese and some mushrooms. It was 2/3 of bruschetta's portion I had in another place 200m away, and the other was much better with a lot of more toppings, for the same price. The Fish is good but portion is very small, you get a little piece of fish and a load of chips, so you can just fill yourself up with fries. I have ordered a cocktail, then after 15 minutes I've asked about it, and I was told thay they forgot about it. After next 10 minutes I did receive the wrong cocktail, not the one I've ordered. When I decided to pay and leave becouse I didnt have more time, they tried to charge me for two cocktails, which of one I didnt receive. The pizza is very good, octopus was well cooked and beetroot hummus was tasty. Portions are small and overpriced in comparison to other places around. The manager lady is very nice. Nice view...
