Yume Fusion — Restaurant in Victoria

I have been coming to this restaurant since they open their doors to the public food is good compare to some of other Asian Restaurant in the town. My only problem is the quality of service I am getting from them. I normally order take-away to them but everytime I ordered my food there is always something missing and they are not really getting consistent in giving the service to their customer but last night is the worst, I order Tempura but they gave me Sushi Tempura. I never said Sushi or Sashimi, I said Tempura, so automatically it is Ebi Tempura. Because I know they do have Sushi station in their restaurant and I already know all the food they have in their menus and how they look like. If someone in their has a common sense, they got the number of the customer not a name every time a customer orders. If you are not sure about their orders, call them and ask them once again do not pretend your knowledgeable about your job co'z everyday is a learning process it's okay to make mistakes because we are humans but pretending something that you are good and obviously your not that is a bad thing to do co'z you gonna make a lot of mistakes again and again...

An incredible, very beautiful and peaceful place : original, cool and very attractive ! The staff is young and very welcoming. The food looks very different with a huge menu and a lot of different original plates of high quality : beside this, the food is really fresh, made in the minute and the place is clean and well decorated ! A lot of plants : very cozy and you can feel yourself like home 🏠 ! They offer you appetiser and they are very carefully caring about your needs and wills. The restaurant is in a small street so don’t miss it because they are renewing the building so pay attention while arriving… nice paintings on the wall and music in the background is good and not loud so you can talk and profit of that time… from all the sushi restaurants of the island, and from very far, it’s the BEST at all the levels so I recommend the place with the eyes closed ! Very well appointed restaurant. Pleasant decor and spacious layout. Our party had a selection of dishes covering a lot of options. The starters (spring rolls, steamed buns, spare ribs and soup) were all a hit. The mains were all excellent too (duck pancakes, Chinese chicken, vegetable stir fry with tofu, stir fried noodles and katsu curry chicken). Large portions, too. The sushi bar looks very impressive and the sushi will definitely be sampled next time. The only negative was the slightly forgetful staff when it came to topping up the water.
