I went to inquire at the bar to which the rude person employed behind the counter told me "bro we are very busy" - To be addressed as BRO, in that tone, by a stranger in the hospitality industry is bad enough- but to be told "we are very busy" as if understaffing or busy on a THURSDAY lunch time in October is my problem !
