After visiting the Ġgantija megaliths, this was one of the few restaurants open nearby. I hadn't tried a ftira, one of the classic Malteses dishes yet, and I was quite hungry so I ordered the 'Latini Special" and a Kinnie (Malta's delicious bitter orange soda). The ftira was really, really good, a lot like a Neapolitan pizza but with even more flavors. If I'm ever back on Gozo I'll seek...

A true hole-in-the-wall gem offering hearty, generously-sized Ftira—perfect for sharing between two. The flavors are delicious, and while the place is simple with just a few seats, it adds to the unpretentious charm.
