ESCALE CUISINE & GRILL — Restaurant in Flic en Flac

Only one lady serving in the whole restaurant. Menu card had no specific descriptions of the food. Bad service, took long time to serve and bought warm sparkling water ,asked for ice got just 1 cube , asked for butter , never got it, served very salty sizzling fish in lots of soy sauce but no plate to eat, I had to ask for a plate so I could eat my meal! My partner hadn’t finished her soup and they already brought the main course . Overall horrible experience, will never go there again. Food took over 1.5 hours to come. Everytime we asked, they would say it’s coming. The restaurant has no ventilation, the staff are clueless, the manager is rude, and the portions are small.

The food would come one plate at a time, by the time the person is done eating, the second person would get their food.

The food is below average, I ordered the sweet and sour shrimp, they put 5 pieces of shrimp.

Been to many restaurants in flic en flac, and never had an issue, this restaurant avoid at all costs.

The owner/manager is very rude not only towards her staff but also the customers. My family went to get something in the car and the manager yelled at us and I quote "If you guys are going to leave, just go, don't waste time here. There is other people waiting to be seated. They also really need to hire more waiters, they are heavily understaffed.

The food was not bad overall but could improve and they should really add a fan to remove all the smoke inside...
