It’s my second visit to Eden Beach and I mus say it was a whole different experience which is really positive!✨

Food & Drink wise: The food is quite good actually, loved their chicken burger & spaghetti. However it would be great if you get the option for penne or tagliatelle for the pastas. I didn’t like the Chicken Ham in the spaghetti, It would be better if they replace it with a fillet or minced chicken!✨ Also for the portion, to be worked on!

Their burger was very yumm, and the portion was also generous!✨ Highly recommend!

Drinks - There is not much option for Mocktails, and I find it a little pricey compared to other places. However you have a great variety of Cocktails!✨

Atmosphere wise: It’s very chill place where you get good music and a nice beach view! Love it. Went for lunch and Dinner, but I think this place is works better for dinner!✨💪🏻 The ambiance is very warm and welcoming!🌹 Perfect spot to chill with your friend, family or even partners!✨

Service wise: Love that everyone was welcoming this time. So thumbs up for this! The waiters were friendly and helpful this time. So keep it up! Our order didn’t take much time!✨

Overall: Parking might be an issue in peak time, but you can manage this one! I will still recommend Eden Beach, it’s a little pricey but we have value for money options!✨ Will definitely go...

Our experience at the hotel was deeply disappointing and uncomfortable due to what appeared to be discriminatory seating practices. we were denied a proper dining table while observing guests with lighter skin being seated without issue, even though no reservations were made and more than 90% of the hotel was empty . Instead, we were relegated to a less comfortable area, which made us feel unwelcome and marginalized. Adding to our frustration, we were informed that ordering only snacks meant we couldn't sit at a proper table. Throughout our visit, Mr. Ravi served us, and despite our efforts to discuss the situation with the manager, they showed little interest in addressing our concerns or accepting constructive feedback. This experience significantly impacted our enjoyment during snack time and has left us with a negative impression of the hotel. It was disheartening to receive such poor service, especially considering we were paying customers.Will never recommend anyone to have any kind of good service and experience...

We arrived at the eden which was completely empty at this time. Before enjoying the day at the beach we wanted to eat a brunch / early lunch but the kitchen was closed. We understood that of course but still wanted to have a look at the menu. The waiter has been unprofessional and very rude, as my friend tried to get hair of her face facing the other direction due to the wind, he then in very arrogant way said „hello! I am talking to you, when someone is talking to you, you look at the eyes“ we found that very rude as I was still looking and listening to him and so was my friend, she is not deaf and could hear all he was saying. Later, he walked away and said my colleague will take care from here and with attitude walked away.

We really didn’t appreciate his behaviour, not a good costumer service. Really disappointing as other reviews have been positive but not our experience due to the rudeness of the male waiter.
