The Beach Kitchen restaurant — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

I was there for diner yesterday and we were very DISAPPOINTED as the food did not meant what it had to be according to the menu. In addition the menu was very limited but that was okay considering the current crisis situation.

The food chosen was one of their so called signature which is "THE SIGNATURE VIELLE" which according to the description was supposed to be a baked vielle pavé but to a great astonishment I was served a schnitzel fish fillet definitely not vielle and that was confirmed by the personal being a vielle pavé!!

I highly do not recommend this restaurant to anyone as during this period of crisis everyone working hard and spending money on such food is not appropriate while there are other businesses struggling to add value to there service so as to sustain the market. I meet a lady at the entrance of the beach restaurant I shown her my payment and reservation number You can check cctv. She let Me in. Here is proof of payment with remarks reservation number. No way with this information Your team say I did not pay or want to check if payment done. Then why the lady in front let Me in.

Where was that call of 30 second made in the office in front or in the restaurent in front of everyone just after I left May be they wanted to create a scene.

No excuse on food , food was superb .No excuse on people who serve food. I will come when I forget my bad experience I hope next time no one will called Me and checked if I paid or not. Not only for checking I hate that for Me it's an insult.

Ask your employee to learn do their job properly . People who can't do their job properly need to loss their job. The door is open.
