For someone who has grown up loving KFC, I have to say that it disappoints and saddens me to see what it has become today...
First of all, mediocre service! In fact, mediocre is an understatement. The staff treats the customers so badly! As if we are asking for free food.
Their tone itself is completely intimidating. Moreover, they are so impatient to take your order and get it done with, that they mess up the order. I had to repeat three times and tell the girl that she had my order wrong.
When I finally got the food... I was shocked beyond belief. Very small portion that was absolutely not worth the price.
On top of that, the chicken was bland and so oily! I know that fast food is unhealthy... but, this one screamed "UNHEALTHY" in bold words.
The Zinger... again, the chicken was tasteless and drenched in oil.
As for the sauce, even with my specs and after searching every nook and corner of the bread and chicken, I struggled to find any. I did find a few faint lines though, suggesting that there had been an attempt to put some sauce in the zinger.
The twister was another story entirely. Just a few tiny pieces of chicken, which looked like they had holidayed too much and had suffered from sunburn.
I'm not kidding when I say that the colour of the chicken did not seem right and the chicken had a bizarre taste. It tasted a little bitter.
Atleast, they could have compensated by putting some more lettuce and tomatoes. No luck there also.
The chicken wings... I prefer not to elaborate, otherwise, I would bawl my eyes out. Instead of the whole wings that KFC used to offer, they now give you one wing cut in two.

That KFC chain should close for good. If I don't get the chicken pieces oily, I got them without taste. I paid a barrel for 1165 Rs just to find out that the chicken is completely tasteless and has been marinated in plain flour before being fried, sometimes the chicken is raw inside and has a weird taste and I end up having belly pain. The old KFC that was demolished was much much better. The pieces of chicken I got was so disgusting that I ended up throwing that to the dogs out there. I have never been to la Croisette, terminal or riche terre and I will try them later to see if they're different

The chicken pieces bought where so oily as it it was cooked then refried or something. Since the upper sitting area has been removed, it is always so crowded. Since people were not notified about this change, many people, including myself, order dine in and were shocked to see that they cannot eat in. Even to order and take delivery, i have seen people waiting in the delivery line to order.. it would perhaps have been better yo have someone at the door explaining where to order and to inform that no seating arrangements...
