Great location as the major tourist sites are all close by. However, i would not stay longer than two days to do so. First, they came highly recommended for cleanliness. I would rate the beds and bedding at 100%. Where they fail is on the flooring, walls and bathrooms. They need to be washed and they require some very minor repairs. There were a-lot of places where loose dirt was evident on walls and flooring. I understand how the maids would confuse dirt with black stains. Fortunately it is an easy fix. The bathroom shower needs some minor repairs (caulking and silicone) or the hotel is going to have some MAJOR repairs as it is evident by the broken caulking and grout that water is leaking through. There is a lip around the shower base made of concrete. Concrete does not stop water unless sealed. As a result there is a black film on the bathroom floor that is staining the bath mat black. Such a shame as the towels are excellent quality. Again, a little bit of silicone and paint (less than 30 minutes) and they would save money and major repairs down the road.

Later in the day they add pastries to their display cases. The coffee was good and cheap (35mu). I suggested to the bakery Mr Chu that they add a coffee machine and stools to profit from the lack of places...

Food Service: 5/5 - the server was attentive and didn’t take long to receive the food. The dim sum was tasty and reasonably priced. Hotel service: 4/5 they allowed me to store my luggage there before checkin time at 3 pm. If you have heavy luggage, it’s perfect with an elevator. Hotel Atmosphere: 3/5 - clean with a large sized room. I could smell cigarette smoke from an adjoining room. Restaurant atmosphere: 3/5 - clean but dated.
