I had high expectations about this restaurant before going for lunch lately. We ordered lamb which was good and sweet and sour fish which had a really bad taste. The fish was rancid and had a bizarre taste, definitely not fresh. Anyway we were not expecting fresh neither but at least good quality frozen fish, nicely prepared. When the bill was brought to us, we informed the waitress about it and she could clearly see that the fish plate was almost full and only few pieces were eaten from it. She went to talk about it to the owner. From our table, we could hear that he didn’t want to accept that the fish was not good and maintained that we had to pay for it. The waitress did her best to explain to him, but he was not ready to accept. Then few minutes later, another lady came to our table to enquire about the matter, she came up with the argument that it was the first time something like that happened. Funny!!! I could hardly believe her. She went back and we waited for the new bill for like 15 minutes and could hear the owner from the back still refusing to compromise. As a good owner and manager, he should have come to enquire instead of hiding behind his staff. Poor management! We would like to thank the waitress who did her job perfectly and handled the situation as it should have been handled. I would not recommend this restaurant for the poor management skills and the arrogance...
